Description

Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic mask pack composition containing noble metal nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same.

The present invention relates to a skin-care mask pack composition containing noble metal nanoparticles and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a skin-beauty mask pack composition containing noble metal nanoparticles, Skin cosmetic mask pack composition and method for producing the same.

Ozone depletion due to serious air pollution these days, if too much harmful ultraviolet rays, it is easy to get skin cancer, skin aging, function of various organs of the body is deteriorated and it is easy to catch various diseases. The skin of the human body is badly affected by the air pollution and the dry air. Especially, the faces and hands which are always exposed to the air are directly affected by the air compared to other places. Thus, the face progresses faster than other parts of the body.

Exposure to excessive ultraviolet rays or pollutants causes skin irritation such as erythema, edema, itching, and inflammatory reaction. These skin troubles are not only cosmetic problems, but also substances that are produced during the inflammatory process are accompanied by secondary pigmentation, promoting the collapse of skin elastic fibers and increasing skin wrinkles. Skin tissue is exposed to chemical substances such as medicines, food additives, residual pesticides, etc. in everyday life including ultraviolet rays, so that excessive active oxygen is always produced.

It has been known that it gradually becomes defensive ability since the age of the elderly, and eventually it causes aging due to damage of the skin tissue, lipid peroxy, and the like. In particular, protein molecules constituting a singlet oxygen skin are excited to generate free radicals when they are exposed to ultraviolet rays. Their life span is as short as a millionth of a second, but they damage skin and cause skin cancer. . Thus, the prevention or delay of aging of the skin may be possible by eliminating free radicals in the skin.

Of course, there are superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, vitamin E, vitamin C, and uviquinol, which are antioxidants (free radical scavengers) in the human body. But gradually, the antioxidant system begins to break down by age, pollution, ultraviolet rays, stress and so on. Therefore, the antioxidant system is neutralized and free radicals are gradually increased.

This increased free radical destroys collagen (collagen), elastin, and hyaluronic acid, which are connective tissues of the dermis, causing settlement (wrinkling) of the skin in certain areas of the skin and oxidizing the lipid part of the cell membrane, It causes destruction and causes diseases such as dermatitis, acne and skin cancer. In addition, this free radical participates in a spontaneous oxidation reaction (dopaquinone melanin) during the melanin formation process, and causes the causes such as spots and freckles and wrinkles.

As a method of skin care, there is an increasing demand for packs.

A pack is a box filled with active substances in the sense of "filled box or wrapped", and it is wrapped around the face to clean the dirt of the pores and effectively supply moisture and cosmetic ingredients to the skin. To restore the skin's physiological function is a kind of functional cosmetics. Since the pack can effectively provide various nutrients to the skin, various effects such as moisturizing, soothing, aging, keratin and waste removal, tired skin recovery, elasticity enhancement and whitening can be expected by these cosmetic ingredients.

Skin care mask packs include peel-off type, which is a general method of applying a thin sheet of vegetables or fruits to the face, in addition to applying a transparent or semi-transparent gel pack material to remove the film formed on the skin after drying, A nonwoven fabric type pack for attaching the nonwoven fabric absorbing the material to the face, and a wash off type for washing with water after drying such as clay or jelly type.

There is a disadvantage of sticking a thin plate of vegetable or fruit one by one and a drawback that it moves when it is moved. The peel-off type is troublesome to take off one by one over time and the nonwoven type infiltrates the essence and the lotion There is a limit to the amount of cosmetic materials absorbed by the fibers, and there is the inconvenience of flowing down when absorbing a large amount. The wash-off type using loess or clay is troublesome to wash after drying, and inconveniences such as muddy water entering the eyes or clothes.

The conditions required for general skin beauty mask packs should be easy to apply with appropriate viscosity at the time of use, be easily peeled at the same time while giving tension to the skin while drying in a proper time, and keep a soft and moist texture after use.

Mud packs, fruit packs, herbal medicine packs, and ocher packs, which are used by many women, are used for facial and body skin. Skin cosmetics The constituents and efficacy of a mask pack can be absorbed through the skin and affect the cellular structure of the skin.

This is an obvious fact. However, in a conventional beauty pack, it is often impossible to completely satisfy the pure functional aspects of such a pack.

Preservatives are formulated in cosmetics and used for the purpose of preventing the growth of products by inhibiting the growth of microorganisms that pollute the cosmetics from the outside. When preservatives are not added, aseptic manufacturing process is required to secure buoyancy, Or the use period is limited, or the container is made specially, and the tendency to lack economical versatility is increased.

A product which can be applied on the face by adding a chemical preservative for cosmetic use such as methyl paraben as a commonly used preservative has been developed. However, this is merely an improvement with emphasis on convenience, and since natural preservative materials such as silver (Ag) produced by a physical method using a target are not used, freshness unique to a natural material can be expected In addition, there is a problem that skin damage can be caused by causing allergy to the human body through the use of chemicals.

One example of the technique for solving such a problem is described in Documents 1 and 2 below.

For example, in the following Patent Document 1, 45 ml of butylene glycol and 5.0 g of lecithin are added to a mixer, 48 g and 2 g of ceramide and adenosine are added as active ingredients at a weight ratio of 96: 4, respectively, , And the obtained composition was spray-dried by a nozzle type spray drier to prepare a granular core having a particle size of 850 탆. The core was coated with gold using physical vapor deposition (PVD) A process for producing gold-coated particles for producing gold-coated particles and a cosmetic composition containing the same.

In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses a vacuum deposition chamber, a stirring vessel provided in the vacuum deposition chamber, a screw provided in the stirring vessel and stirring the carrier, and a steam particle provided on the stirring vessel in the vacuum deposition chamber, Comprising the steps of: introducing an inert gas into the vacuum deposition chamber so that the degree of vacuum of the vacuum deposition chamber is 10 -4 to 1 torr; The method comprising the steps of: generating steam particles for forming nanoparticles; stirring the carrier by controlling the speed of the screw to 1 to 200 rpm; and depositing vapor particles on the carrier to form nanoparticles Discloses a method for manufacturing a nano powder attached to a carrier.

Patent Document 3 further discloses that sodium stearoyl glutamate; Fatty alcohol; A polyol which is hydrogenated glycerin or dipropylene glycol; Higher fatty acids; ethanol; 0.1 to 1.0: 0.1 to 0.5: 3.0 to 10.0: 0.2 to 0.5: 1.0, respectively, of an oil selected from the group consisting of squalane, octyldodecyl myristate, octyl palmitate, cyclomethicone and dimethicone; To 2.0: 0.5 to 2.0, and 0.1 to 10% by weight of niacinamide is contained in the nano emulsion. 60 to 100% of the alkyl group of the higher fatty alcohol is a stearoyl carbon chain , 90% or more and 100% or less of the alkyl group of the higher fatty acid is disclosed for a niacinamide containing niacinamide, which is a stearoyl carbon chain.

By controlling the agitation speed within the above range, the niacinamide powder can be pulverized by the impact or collision between the niacinamide powders so as not to cause aggregation of the niacinamide powder.

Next, the noble metal is generated as nano-sized evaporation particles by using the evaporation source 150 provided in the vacuum deposition chamber 100 (S40). The method of generating the nanoparticle-sized evaporated particles is a method for generating evaporated particles for forming noble metal nanoparticles of silver or platinum, including thermal evaporation, E-beam evaporation, DC sputtering, cathodic arc sputtering, DC magnetron sputtering, RF sputtering, ion beam sputtering, molecular beam epitaxy (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) An arc discharge process, a laser ablation, or the like can be used.

Thereafter, the evaporated particles are deposited on the niacinamide powder (S50).

The deposition of the evaporation particles on the niacinamide powder in the step S50 is performed by depositing the noble metal particles on the niacinamide powder to form nuclei and then forming the nano-sized noble metal particles by further deposition of the noble metal particles A step of forming nano-sized noble metal particles by depositing noble metal particles on a new niacin amide powder phase in which niacinamide powder is stirred, rotated and mixed, or in a niacinamide powder phase in which noble metal particles are not deposited, or in a niacinamide powder phase where noble metal particles are not deposited .

Preferably, in step S50, the evaporated particles are deposited on the niacinamide powder to a thickness of 1 to 10 mu m per minute per minute.

The size of the noble metal particles formed on the niacinamide powder is preferably 1 to 100 nm.

Next, as described above, the mask pack composition produced according to the present invention is injected into a tencel sheet made of an eco-friendly material (S60), cut into a shape of a face contour (S70), and the mask pack is completed.

The mask pack composition of the present invention may contain components other than the above-mentioned components, such as an oily component, a polyhydric alcohol, a sugar, a preservative, a stabilizer, a pH adjuster, a vitamin, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, And may further contain any one of additives.

As described above, the skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement test were performed using the mask pack to which gold / niacinamide manufactured according to the present invention was applied and the mask pack to which only niacinamide was applied as a comparative example.

Twenty women aged 20 to 60 years and 20 men aged 20 to 60 years living in Seoul were divided into two groups, one for the mask pack according to the present invention and the other for four weeks once a week for the comparative example The survey was conducted. The questionnaire was designed to record normal, excellent, and excellent results on the effects of skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement before and after use of the mask pack. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

usually Great Very good Invention One 4 15 Comparative Example 2 13 5

As can be seen from the above table, in the case of the mask pack to which the gold / niacinamide according to the present invention was applied, the effect of skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement was remarkably improved over the mask pack made of only niacinamide, .

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
