Description

해양구조물용 기초구조물 및 그 시공방법{Ground Foundation Structure of Offshore Structures and Construction Method Thereof}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a foundation structure for an offshore structure,

The present invention relates to a foundation structure for an offshore structure and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to a foundation structure for an offshore structure capable of safely supporting an offshore structure installed on a frozen ground, and a construction method thereof.

Fixed platforms are generally fixed to the ocean for use in drilling, power generation, etc., and legs are manufactured by welding steel pipes.

The method of fixing the legs to the sea floor is a gravity type platform in which a steel jacket platform and a heavy weight structure such as a concrete structure are placed at the bottom of the legs to be seated on the seafloor.

For a conventional fixed offshore structure, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-1995-0011773 discloses a deck installation method for an offshore platform on a marine support structure, wherein the marine support structure includes a hydraulic cylinder and a rod piston combination of a plurality of vertical tubular legs And a support structure having a plurality of vertical tubular members and piles corresponding to a deck and the legs of the deck, wherein the piles are mounted on the seabed so that the support structure is secured to the seabed.

Recently, in order to fix the fixed offshore structure stably on the sea floor, a pile deeply embedded in the sea floor is inserted into the inside of the jacket leg at a distance of about 100 m when the jacket of the fixed offshore structure is installed, Grout is injected between the jacket legs and the file through the perforated holes to allow the jacket legs and the files to adhere to each other by curing the grout.

However, the grout injected into the conventional jacket legs must be rapidly injected into the jacket leg because the speed of curing is fast due to the characteristics used in the seabed compared to the general ground.

However, injection through the perforated holes in the jacket legs takes a lot of time to grout between the jacket legs and the files, which are about 100 meters in length.

In addition, since the grout is not uniformly injected between the jacket leg and the file, the adhesive force between the jacket leg and the file is lowered, thereby deteriorating the quality and causing a process delay.

In particular, due to the limitation of the operation of connecting the grout feed line to the perforated hole of the jacket leg, a single hole for grout injection is formed in the lower part of the jacket leg so that the grout is injected in one direction, When such a hole is clogged by a foreign substance or the like, the injection time is prolonged and the grout is hardened before the injection is finished.

On the other hand, in the polar regions such as the Arctic Circle or Norway where the temperature is kept below 0 ° C, concrete drilled piles are installed on the frozen soil layer and then a concrete foundation layer is applied on the top surface. It is being constructed.

Since the ground in the polar region is composed of a frozen layer, there is a problem in that it is difficult to secure the bearing capacity of the drilled pile due to freezing or melting of the frozen layer.

That is, when the frozen soil is frozen, the ground is raised and the piling of the ground drilled is also increased. As a result of such rise of the pile, the tensile force is increased, and the drilled pile is destroyed.

In addition, when the frozen soil layer is melted, the ground penetrates into the ground, and the ground pile is also lowered down to the ground. As a result of such settlement of the pile, the compressive force is increased, and the structure of the offshore structure can not be stably supported.

For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a 'grout injection apparatus for fixing a file of a fixed offshore structure'.

The basic structure for supporting an offshore structure according to the following Patent Document 2 is a structure of a foundation pile for supporting a structure installed on the ocean, in which a jacket file is installed on a ground of a marine ground to which the structure is to be installed, A hole is formed in the marine ground using a separate drilling machine, and then a casing having a diameter smaller than that of the jacket file is inserted to create a first space.

And a second space is formed between the casing and the base file by inserting a base file having a diameter smaller than that of the casing so as to form a second space between the casing and the base file by using a first hose penetrating the jacket file from outside to inside, And grouting is installed in the second space by using a plurality of second hoses which are inserted into the inside and penetrate to the outside.

A belt-shaped goose is coupled to fix the upper end of the casing, the outer circumferential surface of the base file, the upper end of the jacket file and the outer circumferential surface of the casing.

대한민국 실용신안 공개번호 제20-2015-0000446호(2015년 1월 28일 공개)Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2015-0000446 (published on January 28, 2015) 대한민국 실용신안 공개번호 제20-2014-0003333호(2014년 6월 5일 공개)Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2014-0003333 (published on June 5, 2014)

However, the foundation structure for the offshore structure according to the prior art can not stably support the offshore structure due to the breakage of the ground drilled pile due to the settlement of the ground due to the rising and melting of the ground due to freezing of the frozen soil, There is a problem that it can not be stably installed.

2 is a cross-sectional view showing a foundation structure for an offshore structure according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the foundation structure for an offshore structure according to the second embodiment of the present invention excavates the permafrost layer of the frozen ground to a certain depth in order to construct the field drilled pile 10 on the frozen ground.

Excavation of such permafrost may be performed using excavation equipment (not shown) installed in a jack-up barge (not shown). A drilled hole is drilled into the drilled hole by the drilling rig.

A plurality of projections (15) are formed at a predetermined interval in the perforated pile (10) so as to maintain a more firmly installed state in the permafrost layer. That is, the protrusions 15 protrude from the outer surface of the ground drilled pile 10 so that they penetrate into the permafrost layer.

Boring is then performed on the upper portion of the ground drilled pile 10 with a diameter larger than the diameter of the drilled pile 10 for constructing the first support layer 20.

The boring is performed up to the depth of the frozen layer (or the active layer) of the frozen ground. These borings are excavated using excavation equipment, and the depth of boring is up to the top of the permafrost, that is, the permafrost.

A wire mesh 25 may be provided in the hole drilled by the boring. The wire mesh 25 can stably maintain the state in which the crushed stone, gravel or mixed aggregate forming the first support layer 20 is installed in the first support layer 20.

The first support layer 20 is applied to the upper surface of the frozen layer and the second support layer 30 is applied to the upper surface of the first support layer 20 at a predetermined height.

The second support layer 30 may be formed of any one of crushed stone, gravel, or a mixture of aggregate and crushed stone having the same diameter as the first support layer 20.

In addition, the second support layer 30 is provided with a wire mesh 35 for retaining the crushed stone, gravel and mixed aggregate so as not to be separated.

On the upper surface of the second support layer 30, a gravity structure of an offshore structure is seated.

3 is a process diagram for explaining steps of a method of constructing a foundation structure for an offshore structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

A method of constructing a foundation structure for an offshore structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: (a) excavating a frozen soil layer and a permafrost layer at a predetermined depth; (b) boring the permafrost layer with a drilled pile, (c) boring the pile to a depth greater than the diameter of the drilled pile, and (d) Gravel and mixed aggregate to form a first support layer; (e) forming a first support layer by filling any one of crushed stone, gravel and mixed aggregate on the upper surface of the frozen layer; And a second supporting layer at a predetermined height.

(S10).As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the method for constructing a foundation structure for an offshore structure according to an embodiment of the present invention excavates a frozen ground with a certain depth using an excavating equipment installed in a jack-up barge (not shown) S10).

At this time, the frozen ground will excavate the permafrost and permafrost, and excavate to a certain depth of permafrost. At this time, the hole drilled by the excavation equipment can be formed with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the drilling pile 10.

This allows the ground drilled pile 10 to be fitted in the drilled hole in a tight fit so that it is more rigidly installed.

(S20).The excavated pits 10 are inserted into the holes drilled by the excavation equipment (S20).

(S30).In operation S30, boring is performed on the upper portion of the excavated pile 10 with a diameter larger than the diameter of the excavated pile 10.

This depth of boring will be boring to the bottom of the frost layer. That is, it is intended to provide a more stable installation of the drilled-in-place pile 10 which is located in the frozen soil layer where boring is performed until the upper surface of the permafrost layer is repeatedly frozen or melted.

(S40).A first support layer 20 is installed at a portion of the boring pile 10 above the drilled shaft 10 (S40).

The first support layer 20 is made of any one of crushed stone having a certain diameter or more, gravel, or mixed aggregate in which crushed stone and gravel are mixed.

In this first support layer 20, the tensile force is increased when the ground is lifted by freezing. At this time, morphological deformation occurs in the boring portion (boring space) of the first support layer 20 made of crushed stone, gravel or mixed aggregate Thereby preventing damage or destruction of the ground drilled pile 10.

In contrast, the first support layer 20 has a higher compressive force when the settlement of the ground occurs due to melting. At this time, the boring portion of the first support layer 20 made of crushed stone, gravel or mixed aggregate is morphologically deformed, Thereby maintaining the pile 10 in a stable state.

On the other hand, the wire mesh 25 can be installed on the inner surface of the first support layer 20 so that the crushed stone, the gravel or the aggregate aggregate can maintain a more stable state. That is, the flow of the crushed stone, gravel, mixed aggregate, and the like is limited by the wire mesh 25, and the mixed aggregate or the like flows in the wire mesh 25 despite freezing or melting of the frozen ground.

(S50).A second support layer 30 having a predetermined height is formed on the upper surface of the first support layer 20, that is, the upper surface of the sea floor (S50).

The second support layer 30 is formed of a mixture of aggregate, gravel or crushed stone and gravel at a predetermined height. On the other hand, the second support layer 30 can be provided with a wire mesh 35 on the outer surface thereof so that the mixed aggregate or the like is not separated.

On the upper surface of the second support layer 30, a gravity structure 40 of an offshore structure is constructed.

Thus, it is possible to secure the supporting force of the foundation structure for an offshore structure due to the settlement of the frozen ground such as the Arctic Circle where the freezing and thawing are repeated, or the rise of the ground. Also, when seasonal conditions of the frozen soil change in the frozen ground, it is possible to induce the dissipation of excess pore water pressure induced in the ground of the frozen ground so as to increase the bearing capacity of the ground piling shaft 10.

In addition, it is possible to increase the stability of the drilled pile by dispersing the stress concentration of the drilled pile caused by settlement behavior of the frozen layer.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
