Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a product using a computer system.
Despite the recession and the declining fertility rate, the children's goods market continues to grow steadily. The relationship between children and their parents has a great influence on the children's goods industry. Parents' mind to buy better products for their children is a catalyst for industry development and market growth. However, there is a problem that the usefulness of many children 's products can not be maintained for a long time because the growth rate of the child is fast and the interest period of the product is short.
Consideration of the characteristics of children and parents is a great help in understanding the needs of this industry. Children are always unique. Unless defined or enforced by external learning and instruction, children have unique characteristics for each growth period and express it appropriately "childlike." Parental attachment is inseparable from the original characteristics of each child's growth period. As a result, parents will keep and memorize many images taken by children during their growing season, and will have a feeling of attachment to children's various artifacts and toys, such as letters, pictures, etc., left by their children.
However, conventional childcare products were not related to the original characteristics of the child "person". There are many products available on the market, which are basically no different from adult products. It was only a consumer, but it was designed to be cute or pretty for a child. In other words, the prior art only stimulated the feelings of the parents (or relatives of a relative or other related person) who loved the child, thereby inducing consumption with more expensive design products. As buyers, they had to choose from a large number of factory-made products to suit their preferences.
In short, there was no way and route that the product could be made or enjoyed as the child's original characteristics and the child's attachment relationship matched each other.
The inventor of the present invention has studied for a long time in order to solve such a problem, and arrived at the completion of the present invention.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a new design product that reflects a parent's attachment relationship based on the child's original characteristics and at the same time to keep its characteristics long.
Further, the present invention relates to a process in which a child's artistic expression is commercialized in that the child's original characteristics can be obtained from the child's expression, and most of such expressions are art representations, and such a process of the present invention And to precisely structure it to be processed by computer network system and intercommunication using software module configuration.
On the other hand, other unspecified purposes of the present invention will be further considered within the scope of the following detailed description and easily deduced from the effects thereof.
To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a child-

In describing the present invention, the term " child-created original file " means a digital file created from a child's original picture. Therefore, a digital file that does not have a child's original picture as an original is not included in this concept.
The term " Child-originated operation file for object " means a digital file of a format in which all computer / software processing steps are completed using the child-created original file to execute object creation it means. Thus, a digital file not derived from a child-created original file is not treated as a working file for a child-derived object defined in the present invention.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may obscure the subject matter of the present invention.
1 schematically shows a network system of the present invention. The network elements can be largely classified into a custom terminal, a design group computer system, and an object producer system.
The customer terminal (1, 1) sends the child-created original file to the design group computer system to request the production of the child-origin unique design product. A customer terminal (1, 1) is a device that stores a digital file and can process data transmission / reception with a design group computer system located remotely by using communication means. Such devices may include personal computer terminals, e.g., desktop computers, notebook computers. It can also be a mobile device such as a smart phone or a tablet PC. The customer terminal (1, 1) transmits data using a mobile messenger such as KakaoTalk, uploads data after accessing a web site of a design group computer system using wired / wireless Internet, transfers digital files using a mobile communication network The child-created original file can be transferred to the design group computer system using various communication means.
The design group computer system may provide a

Fig. 2 conceptually illustrates the overall process of the method of the present invention.
The object of the present invention is clear. There is a picture (5) drawn by a child. This figure (5) is to be fed to the end product (29) through a series of network communications and computer software processing. Unlike an adult picture in which the aura of the original is lost through cloning, lost in cloning through cloning, or just in its own world and color, the child's picture has only one meaning, And it has a special meaning because it induces feelings of attachment.
First, a child-created original file (A), originally created from the child's picture (5), is prepared. The picture (5) of the child may be scanned and converted into a digital file format and stored. It can also be a digital file created by the child using the Paint program. A patterning design work (S1) using the patterning design application software installed in the computer is executed for this child-created original file (A). At this stage, a pattern element is extracted from the child-created original file A and a plurality of sample files B for objects are generated as a new digital file through the design process. When one or more of the sample files B for these objects are selected, a task S2 for creating a high-quality digital image file in a predetermined file format is performed on the selected sample file B, - The work file (C) for the origin object is sent to the object creator system (200).
In short, the child's figure 5 is digitally processed from the child-created original file A to the sample file B for the object, and again the sample file B for this object is made into a child - The process of being converted into the work file (C) for the origin object becomes the basic process of the present invention.
This process is performed by computer equipment and application software, and Figure 3 schematically illustrates a more specific process based on the patterning
The worker device can execute the steps of loading (S11), pattern extraction (S12), patterning (S13), and storing (S14) using the patterning
Patterning (S13) In the designing process, the worker device can use the classification table 120 stored in advance. In this classification table 120, it is preferable that reference information and / or links necessary for the job are recorded. For example, reference information about an object such as classification, specification, and requirements of a final product, information and requirements for an orderer, and a link to a storage location of a database storing a previously completed design file.
Patterning (S13) When the designing process is completed and stored (S14), the job file for object is stored in the

Figure 4 depicts the overall process of producing a child-only unique design product in accordance with some preferred embodiments of the present invention.
First, the client terminal transmits the child-created original file having the child's picture as the original through the communication network to the account of the design group computer system (S100). As described above, data transmission using a mobile messenger such as KakaoTalk, uploading data through a pre-registered account after accessing a website of a design group computer system using wired / wireless Internet, transmission of digital files using a mobile communication network, etc. The child-created original file can be transmitted using the communication means.
In addition, preferably, the data transmission in the step S100 may further include request information of an ordering terminal including child information, object requirements, and delivery information. Also, the step S100 may include a charging process.
Next, the patterning worker device of the design group computer system executes the patterning design application software to fetch the child-created original file and extract one or more pattern elements from the child-created original file (S110). The child-created original file is an image file, part of which is determined by the pattern element, and the rest is discarded. The extracted pattern elements include shapes and / or colors included in the child's picture.
Then, the patterning worker device performs modeling using the extracted pattern elements (S120). The modeling work using the program is performed by design events for the extracted pattern elements. Various design events can be included, such as position adjustment, size definition, inversion, rotation, symmetry, shift, color adjustment, This modeling work changes the child's picture into a digital image that is specialized for object creation. Preferably, a plurality of object sample files can be generated through a modeling operation.
Next, the worker device may transmit the sample file for the object to the orderer terminal via the communication network (S130). In this step, the orderer terminal selects one or more sample files for a plurality of objects, thereby selecting the final work file.
When the final working file is selected from among the sample files, the worker device creates a working file for child-origin objects in a high-quality format suitable for object creation. Then, the work file for the child-origin object created in the account of the object creator registered in advance through the communication network is transmitted (S140). Preferably, job specification data including orderer information, job requirements, and destination information are transmitted to the object creator.
Finally, the computer terminal of the object creator executes the product production process using the received child-origin object work file (S150).
The final product manufactured in step S150 may be various design products. Figures 5 and 6 illustrate scenarios for making a design product. Figure 5 is a picture of a child, and Figure 6 is a picture of a 9 year old child.
As shown in FIG. 5, a work file (C) for a child-origin object can be obtained, which is an image file obtained by obtaining a digital file using a child's picture (A) and extracting and modeling a plurality of pattern elements therefrom. Then, this is printed on the textile fabric as an example of step S150 to obtain the bag as the
In the scenario of Fig. 6, the child's figure (A) was digitally processed by the process of the present invention to obtain two work files (C), and then three final products (29) were produced. These bags are also unique in the world and originate from children's paintings.
The final product of the present invention is not necessarily limited to a bag. It may be various stationery products used by children. It is also preferable that a design product is manufactured by printing an object production work file (C) on an object. The object is preferably a textile fabric, and therefore, printing a work file on a textile fabric is preferable for industrial use Which is an optimized embodiment.
The scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the description and the expression of the embodiments explicitly described in the foregoing. It is again to be understood that the present invention is not limited by the modifications or substitutions that are obvious to those skilled in the art.
