The hair comb includes: a control part formed thereat with a handle configured to be gripped by a hand and having at least one mount-hole at a front of the handle; a comb teeth part including a bar-shaped body having a rotary shaft to be insert-mounted in the mount-hole, and a comb teeth plate from which comb teeth arranging hairs into the body protrude; a light source part including a plurality of LEDs disposed on the comb teeth part for emitting a sterilization wavelength onto the scalp, and a camera disposed at a location adjacent to the LEDs for magnification-photographing the scalp; a massage part including an operating motor disposed in the handle for rotating the comb teeth part within a predetermined angle, and a vibration motor provided in the body for stimulating the scalp at predetermined strength; and a control unit disposed at the handle and including a battery for supplying power to the light source part and the massage part, and a control panel for controlling an operation.
