Claims (9)
- 마그네틱 필터로서,
슬러리 내의 자성 이물을 제거하는 공간을 제공하는 용기;
상기 용기의 일측에 형성되고 상기 슬러리가 흡입되는 흡입부;
상기 용기의 타측에 형성되고 상기 용기로부터 상기 자성 이물이 제거된 슬러리가 배출되는 배출부;
상기 용기의 상부를 덮는 리드; 및
상기 리드의 하면에서 수직한 방향이 길이 방향이 되도록 상기 리드의 하면에 형성된 적어도 하나의 필터부를 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 필터부 각각은,
상기 리드의 하면에서 수직한 방향으로 상기 리드의 하면에서부터 형성된 판상의 금속부재; 및
상기 금속부재의 양측에 배치되는 자성부재를 포함하는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 필터부 각각은 상기 금속부재 및 상기 자성부재를 감싸는 외측부재를 포함하는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 필터부의 수평 단면은 사각형인, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속부재는 스틸을 포함하는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자성부재는 네오듐(Nd)를 포함하는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 외측부재는 스테인레스로 구성되는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 흡입부는 상기 용기의 하부에 형성되고,
상기 배출부는 상기 용기의 측면 상부에 형성되는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 흡입부에서 슬러리가 흐르는 방향과 상기 배출부에서 슬러리가 흐르는 방향은 서로 직각을 이루는, 마그네틱 필터.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 흡입부에서 슬러리가 흐르는 방향과 상기 배출부에서 슬러리가 흐르는 방향은 서로 평행한, 마그네틱 필터.
