Abstract
또한, 본 발명은 일측에 개구부가 마련되며, 내부에 상기 개구부와 연통하는 설치공간이 마련되는 하우징, 상기 설치공간에 설치되는 복수의 전극, 각각의 상기 복수의 전극의 사이에 설치되는 복수의 쿨링 핀부재 및 상기 복수의 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극과 상기 복수의 쿨링 핀 부재 중 적어도 하나의 쿨링 핀부재로 이루어지는 단위 조립체를 수용하는 수용공간이 복수개가 되도록 상기 설치공간을 분할하는 리브부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 일측에 개구부(11)가 마련되며, 내부에 상기 개구부(11)와 연통하는 설치공간(13)이 마련되는 하우징(10);
상기 설치공간(13)에 설치되는 복수의 전극(20);
각각의 상기 복수의 전극(20)의 사이에 설치되는 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30); 및
상기 복수의 전극(20) 중 적어도 하나의 전극(20)과 상기 복수의 쿨링 핀 부재(30) 중 적어도 하나의 쿨링 핀부재(30)로 이루어지는 단위 조립체(100)를 수용하는 수용공간이 복수개가 되도록 상기 설치공간을 분할하는 리브부재(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징(10)의 개구부(11)를 마감하며, 상기 단위 조립체(100)의 이탈을 방지하는 커버부재(50)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징(10)의 타측에 마련되어 상기 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30)와 연결되는 매니폴드(60)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지. - 일측에 개구부(11)가 마련되고, 내부에 설치공간(13)이 형성되는 하우징(10)을 준비하는 제1 단계(S1);
상기 개구부(11)를 통해 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에 복수의 전극(20)과 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30)를 상호 교차되게 삽입하는 제2 단계(S2); 및
상기 복수의 전극(20) 중 적어도 하나의 전극(20)과 상기 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30) 중 적어도 하나의 쿨링 핀부재(30)가 수용되는 복수개의 수용공간으로 구획되도록 상기 설치공간(13)에 리브부재(40)를 설치하는 제3 단계(S3);
상기 복수의 전극(20)과 상기 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30)의 이탈이 방지되도록 상기 하우징(10)의 개구부(11)에 커버부재(50)를 설치하는 제4 단계(S4); 및
상기 복수의 쿨링 핀부재(30)와 연결되는 매니폴드(60)를 상기 하우징(10)의 타측에 설치하는 제5단계(S5); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 조립방법.
