Claims (6)
- 난소화성 말토덱스트린 및 시트러스 추출물을 인삼 추출물에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 인삼 추출물의 쓴맛을 억제함과 동시에 진세노사이드 Rg1 및 Rg2 함량을 보존하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트러스 추출물은 상기 난소화성 말토덱스트린 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10 중량부로 함유되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 말토덱스트린의 평균 분자량은 100 내지 10000인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인삼은 홍삼, 백삼, 흑삼, 산삼, 장뇌삼, 및 산양삼으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인삼 추출물은 고형분 함량이 60 중량% 이상인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 말토덱스트린 및 시트러스 추출물은, 상기 난소화성 말토덱스트린 및 시트러스 추출물이 첨가된 인삼 추출물 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.01 내지 80 중량부로 첨가되는 것인, 방법.
