도 2는 도 1에 도시된 에어워셔부의 구체적인 외형을 나타낸 사시도.
도 3은 도 2의 에어워셔부의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 도 3에서 물의 흐름을 설명하기 위해 요부의 구성을 나타낸 사시도.
도 5는 도 3에서 공기의 흐름을 설명하기 위해 요부의 구성을 나타낸 사시도.
참고로, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 제습챔버는 내부의 구성(열전소자, 방열판, 흡열판)을 보이기 위해 일부가 절개된 상태를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)
- 실외 공기가 유입되어 이동하는 실외라인;
상기 실외라인 상에 설치되어 실외공기를 압축 이송시키는 콤프레셔; 및,
실내공기를 유입하고, 상기 실외라인과 연결되어 실외공기를 유입하여 상기 실내공기 및 상기 실외공기를 정화하고 기 설정된 적정습도로 조절하여 실내로 배출하는 에어워셔부;를 포함하고,
상기 에어워셔부는,
본체 케이싱;
공기 중의 먼지를 필터링 하는 공기정화유닛;
상기 공기정화유닛을 거친 정화된 공기를 상기 적정습도로 조절하는 제습유닛; 및,
상기 실내공기 및 상기 실외공기를 흡입하기 위한 흡입력을 발생시키는 흡입원;을 포함하며,
상기 공기정화유닛은,
하부에 형성된 사이클론흡입구를 통해 공기를 유입하여 상승선회기류를 형성시키는 사이클론통; 및,
상기 사이클론통의 내부에 분무로 물을 분사하여, 상기 사이클론통 내부의 공기 중에 포함된 먼지를 제거하는 물분사수단;을 포함하고,
상기 제습유닛은
상기 사이클론통을 거쳐 정화된 공기를 유입하여 배출하는 제습챔버;
상기 제습챔버 내에 설치되며, 양쪽에 온도차를 발생시키는 열전소자;
상기 열전소자의 양측에 각각 부착설치되며, 상기 제습챔버내로 유입된 상기 정화된 공기가 통과하면서 제습되게 하는 방열판과 흡열판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기청정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 사이클론통의 저면에는 먼지와 결합되어 오염된 물이 배출되는 물배출구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기청정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 물분사수단은
상기 사이클론통의 상부 일측에 형성되어, 상기 사이클론통의 내부로 분무형태로 물을 분사시키는 물분사노즐;
물이 저장되며, 상기 물분사노즐에 물을 공급하는 수조;
상기 물분사노즐과 상기 수조를 연결하는 물공급유로; 및,
상기 물공급유로상에 설치되어 물을 이송시키는 물펌프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 공기청정시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 물분사수단은 상기 물공급유로상에 설치되어, 상기 물공급유로를 지나는 물을 살균시키는 UV살균램프;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기청정시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 수조는 내부에 설치되는 거름망을 구비하며,
상기 거름방에 의해 상기 수조의 내부공간이 제1물저장공간과 제2물저장공간으로 구획되며,
상기 제1물저장공간에는 상기 물배출구를 통해 배출된 상기 오염된 물이 유입되고,
상기 제2물저장공간에는 상기 제1물저장공간에 수용된 상기 오염된 물이 상기 거름망을 통해 필터링된 정화된 물이 저장되며,
상기 물공급유로는 상기 제2물저장공간과 상기 분사노즐을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기청정시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제습챔버에는 제습시 발생되는 응축수가 배출되는 응축수배출구가 형성되며,
상기 응축수배출구는 상기 제1물저장공간과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기청정시스템.
