The display installed in a public place or in a closed space can not be used for general display protection film which does not satisfy legal regulatory requirements due to fire, flame, and spread of smoke.
The effect of the present invention can achieve the above object by forming a substrate film and a flame-retardant adhesive liquid and a functional layer imparting transparent flame retardancy satisfying the requirements required by domestic and international standards.
