Description
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly paper cup formed by using an adhesive, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly paper cup formed by using an adhesive capable of adhering the inside of a paper cup instead of conventional polyethylene.
According to the conventional method for producing a paper cup, the amount of polyethylene in an amount of about 15 μg to 25 μg is applied to the inner surface of a cup made of paper by an extrusion lamination method, and is molded in a paper cup molding machine A paper cup is formed.
It is possible to form the bottom face and the side face of the cup by adhering and sealing the portion where the polyethylene is adhered by the heat of 70 to 150 degrees at the time of molding.
Such a conventional method is disclosed in a conventional patent document 1 (Korean Patent No. 10-1114236). Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a state in which a
When polyethylene is used for forming the paper cup, the polyethylene is not dissolved in water when the paper cup is recycled. Therefore, it is necessary to separate the paper in the process of disassembling the paper, which is wasteful energy waste and makes recycling difficult.

Therefore, preferably, the paper cup of the present invention is made of a water-repellent paper for food which has been subjected to a water-resistant treatment, and the degree of water-resistance treatment may be 150 seconds or more and 700 seconds or less in response to measurement of stockigt sizing.
Usually, the use time of the paper cup does not exceed 30 minutes. According to the present invention, there is no problem in using the paper cup because the adhesive is dissociated and separated partly after 2 hours or more.
The Applicant has passed the dissolution test as a food container in order to make sure that harmless components are not detected even though the adhesive is used in a paper cup.
The test results are shown in Table 1 below.
As shown in Table 1, since harmful substances were detected below the standard value in the dissolution test, it can be understood that even if the adhesive of the present invention is used in a paper cup, it is not harmful to human body.
