Abstract
일 예로, 내부에 공간을 구비하는 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내부에 삽입되는 전극 조립체; 및 상기 케이스의 상부에 결합되어 상기 케이스를 밀봉하는 캡 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 케이스와 전극 조립체의 사이에 형성되고, 적어도 2개의 테이프로 형성된 마감 테이프하는 이차 전지가 개시된다.

도 2은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 마감 테이프가 전극 조립체에 결합된 구성을 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 마감 테이프의 구성을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 단면도이다.

Claims (12)
- 내부에 공간을 구비하는 케이스;
상기 케이스의 내부에 삽입되는 전극 조립체; 및
상기 케이스의 상부에 결합되어 상기 케이스를 밀봉하는 캡 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 케이스와 전극 조립체의 사이에 형성되고, 적어도 2개의 테이프로 형성된 마감 테이프를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 하단을 감싸면서 형성된 하단 테이프인 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프의 높이는 상기 전극 조립체의 높이를 기준으로 1/3 이하로 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제 1 기재와 폴리스티렌 또는 연신 폴리스티렌을 포함하는 제 2 기재를 포함하도록 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기재는 상기 마감 테이프가 상기 전극 조립체를 향하는 면에 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 기재는 상기 마감 테이프가 상기 케이스를 향하는 면에 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기재의 두께는 5[㎛] 내지 7[㎛]로 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기재와 제 2 기재의 사이 또는 상기 제 1 기재가 상기 전극 조립체와 접하는 면에 접착층이 더 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 아크릴을 포함하도록 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 접착층의 두께는 4[㎛] 이하로 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프의 두께는 10[㎛] 이상으로 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 권취가 끝나는 종단선을 따라 종단 테이프를 포함하도록 형성된 이차 전지.
