Wherein the medicine dispensing device receives the medicine whose position has been changed by the second medicine receiving portion at the receiving position, and then rotates based on the received portion of the received medicine to dispense the received medicine.

Wherein the medicine dispenser is rotated to allow the position of the medicine to be received in the dispensation portion to be moved to the next session.
