- 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 입자를 중량 백분율로 90% 초과 포함하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제61항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 소결 입자를 제조하는 방법으로서, 다음의 연속적인 단계들을 포함하는 방법:
a) 혼합이 단계 c)에서 0.6 ㎛ 미만의 중간 크기(median size)를 갖는 입자성 혼합물에 이르도록, 필요하다면, 원료 분말 하나 이상을 바람직하게 공분쇄(cogrinding)에 의해 분쇄하는 단계,
b) 선택적으로, 상기 입자성 혼합물을 건조하는 단계,
c) 단계 g) 종료시 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 소결 입자의 조성에 해당하는 조성을 가진 소결 입자를 얻을 수 있도록 조성이 조절되고, 건조 공급원료 중량을 기초로 한 중량 백분율로 4% 내지 25%의 지르콘을 포함하는 공급원료를 상기 선택적으로 건조된 입자성 혼합물로부터 준비하는 단계,
d) 상기 공급원료를 생입자(green particles) 형태로 성형하는 단계,
e) 선택적으로, 세척하는 단계,
f) 선택적으로, 건조하는 단계,
g) 1450℃보다 높고 1600℃보다 낮은 소결 온도에서 소결하는 단계. - 현탁액, 분쇄 밀(grinding mill), 표면 처리 장치 및 열교환기 중에서 선택되는 소자로서, 상기 소자는 제62항에 따른 입자의 분말을 포함하는 소자.
