    상기 절삭칩 흡입부(10)로부터 공기와 함께 절삭칩(112)과 절삭유(114)를 흡입하기 위하여 음압을 제공하는 진공모터(11)와;
    상기 진공모터(11)에 의하여 흡입되는 절삭칩(112)과 절삭유(114)를 포함하는 공기가 이동하는 이송관(12)과;
    상면 중앙에 상기 이송관(12)이 연결되고 하부로 갈수록 내경이 작아지는 원뿔형상을 가지는 몸체(130)와, 상기 몸체(130)의 하단에 모터(132)에 의하여 회전하는 팬(134)을 구비하는 사이클론 발생장치(13)와;
    상기 사이클론 발생장치(13)의 하단과 연결되어 절삭유(114)를 포함하는 절삭칩(112)을 배출하는 배출관(14)과;
    상면이 개방(150)되고 저면에는 메쉬망(152)이 형성되는 절삭칩 수집박스(15)와;
    상부에는 상기 절삭칩 수집박스(15)가 안착되어 메쉬망(152)을 통과한 절삭유(112)를 다시 정제하는 필터링 탱크(16)와;
    상기 필터링 탱크(16)에서 분리된 절삭유(114)를 다시 드릴링 장치의 절삭부로 공급하는 절삭유 공급모터(17)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 칩 및 절삭유를 진공 사이클론 기반으로 회수하는 드릴링 장치.
