Claims (6)
- 2개의 부품 사이에서 발생하는 기계 진동을 감쇠하기 위한 차량용 전기 기계식 댐퍼로서, 이때 기계 진동을 통해 구동 토크가 감쇠력을 발생하기 위해 발전기에 전달될 수 있으며, 댐퍼(18)는 제1 기어 유닛 및 제2 기어 유닛(26, 28)을 구비하고, 이들 기어 유닛은 링 기어, 유성 기어 및 선 기어를 포함하는 유성 기어 유닛으로서 실시되는 전기 기계식 댐퍼에 있어서,
고정자 하우징(20)은 기어 유닛 요소로서 제1 기어 유닛(26) 및 제2 기어 유닛(28) 안에 통합되어 있고, 발전기의 회전자(22)는 양 정면에서 각 유성 기어 유닛의 선 기어(40 또는 44)에 연결되어 있으며, 링 기어들(30, 32), 유성 기어들(38, 42) 및 선 기어들(40, 44)은 양 기어 유닛(26, 28)에서 각각 축방향에 대해 경사져 배치된 헬리컬 기어를 구비하고, 헬리컬 기어는 양 선 기어(40, 44)와 대향하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서, 헬리컬 기어는, 기어 유닛(26, 28)의 기어의 축방향에 대하여, 예컨대 45°의 각도로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기어 유닛들(26, 28)은, 발전기의 양측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 기어 유닛(26)의 반경 방향 외측의 링 기어(30)와 제2 기어 유닛(28)의 반경 방향 외측의 링 기어(32) 및 고정자 하우징(20)이 일체 유닛을 형성하고, 링 기어(30, 32)는 양 유성 기어 유닛의 입력 요소로서, 이것을 통해 구동 토크가 기어 유닛(26, 28) 안으로 도입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고정자 하우징(20)은, 댐퍼(18) 안으로 진동을 도입하기 위해 커플링 부재(14)에 회전 불가능하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유성 기어 유닛의 유성 기어 캐리어는, 연결 요소에 의해 각 유성 기어 유닛들 사이에서 회전 불가능하게 차체(10)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기계식 댐퍼.
