도 2는 통상의 차량용 배터리 트레이를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3과 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배터리 트레이를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에서 보강 클램프를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 6과 도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에서 트레이 상부면과 하부면에 형성된 돌기를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 배터리가 장착되어 지지되는 차량용 배터리 트레이에 있어서,
트레이 하부면으로부터 꺾임부와 트레이 측벽을 지나 트레이 상부면까지 상하로 길게 걸쳐지도록 트레이 외측면에 설치되는 보강 클램프와;
상기 보강 클램프의 상하 양단부를 각각 고정하도록 트레이 상부면과 하부면에 구비되는 고정부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프가 트레이 후단부에 설치되고, 상기 측벽과 상부면은 각각 배터리의 돌출된 장착부가 넣어지도록 요입된 구조를 이루고 있는 트레이 후단부 벽과 돌기부 상면인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프는 트레이 외측면에서 상하 방향으로 길게 돌출 형성된 두 리브 사이의 트레이 외측면에 밀착된 상태로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프는 'ㄷ' 자 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프의 상하 양단부를 고정하는 고정부는 트레이 상부면과 트레이 하부면에 각각 돌출 형성되어 보강 클램프의 상단부와 하단부의 홀에 결합되는 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 돌기는 보강 클램프의 홀에 걸리어 고정될 수 있는 삼각형의 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프는 철 합금의 판재로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보강 클램프는 외측면에 길이방향을 따라 형성된 복수개의 보강 리브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 트레이.
