Claims (5)
- 금형의 양측에 설치된 레일(51)과, 상기 레일(51)을 따라 움직이며 소재(100)를 집는 그리퍼(55)의 운동을 제어하는 전후이송실린더(52)와, 상하이송실린더(54) 및 좌우이송실린더(53)를 포함한 소재이송장치(50)에 의해 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정에서 소재를 이송시키는 방법에 있어서,
금형 내부의 소재(100)를 그리퍼(55)가 잡을 수 있도록 상하이송실린더(54)에 의해 상승시켜 정지시키는 1단계;
센서에 의해 소재이송신호가 작동되어 금형내부로 좌우이송실린더(53)에 의해 지지된 그리퍼(55)가 전진하여 소재(100)를 잡아주는 2단계;
그리퍼(55)에 의해 잡혀진 소재가 전체적인 전후이송실린더(52)에 의해 다음 공정의 금형으로 소재(100)가 이송되는 3단계;
다음 공정으로 이송되어 온 소재(100)는 상하이송실린더(54)에 의해 금형 위에 소재(100)를 내려놓기 위해 하강하고 그리퍼(55)는 소재(100)를 금형의 맞춤핀에 의해 자리를 잡아주며 안착되는 4단계;
소재(100)가 안착되면 전후이송실린더(52)에 의해 그리퍼(55)가 소재(100)를 놓게 되며 뒤로 이송되어 빠져나오는 5단계;
그리퍼(55)가 뒤로 완전히 빠져나오면 그리퍼(55)는 상하이송실린더(54)에 의해 상승되고 금형의 전 공정으로 제자리를 찾아가 처음의 공정을 다시 기다리는 6단계;
로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정의 소재이송방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그리퍼(55)는 각각의 금형공정에 의해 형성된 소재(100)의 형상과 두께에 대비하여 차별적인 형상을 가지는 것이 특징인 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정의 소재이송방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그리퍼(55)는 각 금형 공정마다 좌우 2개씩 총 16개로 구성되고 전후이송실린더(52)와 상하이송실린더(54)로 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 것이 특징인 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정의 소재이송방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전후이송실린더(52)와 상하이송실린더(54)는 트랜스퍼 하부금형(42)의 양측에 구성된 레일(51)을 따라 함께 이송하도록 구성된 것이 특징인 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정의 소재이송방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전후이송실린더(52)와 상하이송실린더(54)는 공압에 의해 움직이는 것이 특징인 프로그래시브 인너 트랜스퍼 금형공정의 소재이송방법.
