Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 알루미늄 압축단괴가 장입실에 장입되는 즉시 용탕에 침적된 상태에서 용탕펌프에 의한 고속으로 순환하는 용탕과 접촉하여 즉시 용해가 되므로 용해속도를 향상시켜 생산성을 향상시킴과 동시에 에너지를 절약할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장입실에 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 장입하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장입실에서 발생할 수 있는 드로스를 수거하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로를 이용한 연속적인 용해 처리 공정을 설명하기 위한 공정도이다.

Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리가 장입 후 용탕에 침적된 상태에서 용탕 순환에 의하여 용해되는 장입실,
상기 장입실과 연결된 제1터널을 통하여 유입된 용탕을 연소유닛을 이용하여 가열시키는 승온실, 및
상기 승온실과 연결된 제2터널을 통하여 유입된 용탕을 용탕교반유닛을 이용하여 제3터널을 통하여 상기 장입실로 순환시키는 용탕교반실을 포함하는 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 장입실은
진동 피더에 의하여 연속적으로 상기 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리가 장입되며, 장입된 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리가 침적될 수 있는 용탕 기준 수위가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
용탕의 수위가 출탕 기준 수위에 도달하는 경우 탕도를 통하여 연속적으로 합금로에 공급하기 위한 출탕부를 더 포함하는 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연소유닛은 축열식 버너이고, 상기 용탕교반유닛은 용탕펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 장입실로부터 외부로 유출되는 열을 차단하기 위한 열차단부를 더 포함하며,
상기 장입실, 승온실 및 용탕교반실은 내화물 벽체로 차단되어 각각 독립된 공간을 갖으며, 용탕은 상기 장입실과 승온실을 연결하는 제1터널 및 승온실과 용탕교반실을 연결하는 제2터널을 통하여 순환되므로, 상기 승온실은 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리가 장입되는 공정이 진행되는 순간에도 외부와 밀폐되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 압축칩 덩어리를 침적 용해할 수 있는 용해로.
