The second elastic deformation unit (39) includes a first contact protrusion unit (40) connected to a plug contact protrusion unit (59) when a plug insulator is in contact with the receptacle insulator; a deformation limit unit (42) connected to a contacted unit (30) when the protrusion unit on the plug side is in contact with a first contact protrusion unit; and a second contact protrusion unit connected to the contact unit on the plug side when the plug insulator is in contact with the receptacle insulator.

Description

커넥터{Connector}Connector {Connector}

The present invention relates to a connector having a plug connector and a receptacle connector detachable from each other.

A conventional connector having a plug connector and a receptacle connector detachable from each other is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1.

The plug connector of Patent Document 1 includes a plug insulator having a recessed portion and a plug contact group made up of two types of contacts provided on the recess. Both types of plug contacts have a plug-side contact portion formed linearly in the contact direction (engagement direction) of the plug connector and the receptacle connector.

The receptacle connector of Patent Document 1 includes a receptacle insulator having a receptacle portion for receiving a plug insulator and a plug contact, and a receptacle connector group composed of two types of connectors provided in a receptacle portion. The two kinds of receptacle contacts all have a single contact portion (protruding portion) that contacts the plug-side connecting portion of the corresponding plug contact when the plug connector and the receptacle connector are connected.

The plug contact group of the plug connector is connected to the circuit board, and the receptacle contact group of the receptacle connector is connected to another circuit board.

Therefore, when the plug connector and the receptacle connector are connected, the contact portions (protruding portions) of the receptacle contact group are brought into contact with the contact portions on the plug side of the plug contact group, so that the two circuit boards are electrically connected to each other.

The connector of Patent Document 1 can be applied to various products and can be used, for example, for connection of a programmable logic controller (PLC) used in an industrial automation machine or the like or a car navigation system.

However, since there are various fine dusts such as dust in the factory or automobile interior, a small dust may come into contact with the plug side contact portion of the plug connector group. If the plug connector and the receptacle connector are connected in a state where fine dust is attached to the plug side contact portion, fine dust is caught between the plug side contact portion and each contact portion (projecting portion) of the receptacle contact group, There is a possibility to cause.

In addition, since the plug contact and the receptacle contact are brought into contact with each other only at one point (contact portion with the plug side contact portion), if the factory automatic machine or the like causes vibration during operation or vibrates while the vehicle is running, the contact state of the plug contact and the receptacle contact May be temporarily released (instantaneously).

As a countermeasure against such a problem, it is preferable to form the first contact portion (protruding portion) and the second contact portion (protruding portion) in the receptacle contact, for example, as in the comparative example shown in Fig. Thus, when the plug connector and the receptacle connector are connected, the first contact portion first contacts the plug-side contact portion, and then the second contact portion contacts the plug-side contact portion.

When the first contact portion comes into contact with the plug side contact portion, fine dust adhering to the plug side contact portion is cleaned (swept down), and the second contact portion contacts the cleaned surface (plug side contact portion) There is less concern about incapacity.

Further, since the plug contact and the receptacle contact are brought into contact at two points (the plug contact portion and the first contact portion and the plug contact portion and the second contact portion), even if the contact state of the one contact point is momentarily released , The contact state of the other contact point may be maintained, so that the contact reliability is improved.

JP 특개2010-33714호 공보JP Patent Publication No. 2010-33714

However, when the length of the elastic portion of the receptacle contact is long, or when the manufacturing dimension of the plug contact deviates from the designed value or the insertion posture of the plug contact (plug connector) with respect to the receptacle connector deviates from the normal posture, The position of the contact portion is slightly changed at a predetermined position (design position), so that the position of the tip end side (second contact portion side) is more likely to change at a predetermined position (design position) than the first contact portion. That is, since the second contact portion is easily separated from the plug or the elastic force is likely to be lowered, the contact state between the plug-side contact portion and the second contact portion may become unstable.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a connector capable of reliably contacting the two contact portions in a stable state while the receptacle contacts are in contact at two points with respect to the linearly formed plug side contact portion of the plug connector.

The connector of the present invention has a plug connector having a plug-in insulator and a plug-side contact protrusion formed in a straight line, and having a plug contact supported by each plug-in insulator, a receptacle insulator connectable to the plug-in insulator, and a receptacle insulator attached to the plug contact. A connector having a receptacle connector having a receptacle contact that can be connected to and disconnected from the plug-side contact portion, the connector comprising: a fixing portion to which the receptacle contact is fixed to the receptacle insulator, and a first elastic deformation portion formed at an end of the fixing portion and the first connector. And a second elastic deformation portion formed opposite to the first elastic deformation portion from a distal end portion of the elastic deformation portion toward the fixed portion side, wherein the second shot is in contact with the plug-in and receptacle insulators. A first contact protrusion which elastically deforms the second elastic deformation part toward the first elastic deformation part while the deformable part contacts the plug side contact part, and is located at a tip side of the second elastic deformation part than the first contact protrusion part, and the plug When the side contact protrusion and the first contact protrusion are not in contact with each other, the plug is spaced apart from the contact portion located on the side of the first elastic deformation portion than the second elastic deformation portion formed on one side of the receptacle insulator and the first elastic deformation portion. When the side contact portion and the first contact protrusion are in contact with each other, the deformation restricting portion that is in contact with the contacted portion and the second elastic deformation portion at the distal end portion of the second elastic deformation portion are connected to the plug-in and receptacle insulators. Located at the tip side of the second elastic deformation portion than the portion in contact with the first contact protrusion of the plug side contact portion. It characterized in that it comprises a second contact protrusion in contact with the site.

In addition, a wide attachment port having a contacted portion is formed on a bottom of the receptacle insulator in a direction parallel to the first elastic deformation portion, and a wide attachment port is provided on a bottom surface of the receptacle insulator in parallel with the wide attachment port. A narrower width fitting port narrower than a sphere is provided, wherein the first elastic deformation portion is located inside the narrow width fitting opening, and the second elastic deformation portion is located inside the wide fitting opening, and the second elastic deformation portion includes: The deformation restricting portion that is wider than the narrow fitting port may be formed.

In addition, the second elastic deformation portion may be located between the first contact protrusion portion and the second contact protrusion portion and has a west side width portion having a curved shape, and the deformation restricting portion may be formed in the middle portion of the west side width portion. In this case, the wedge-width portion may have a curved shape protruding toward the first elastic deformation portion.

In the state before the plug insulator and the receptacle insulator are connected, the first resiliently deformed portion may be spaced apart from the receptacle insulator.

According to the present invention, when the plug connector and the receptacle connector are coupled to an intermediate position, the second elastic deformation portion elastically deforms toward the first elastic deformation portion and is spaced apart from the contacted portion while the plug contact portion of the plug contact contacts the first contact protrusion of the receptacle contact. The deformation restricting portion that has been brought into contact with the portion to be contacted. Then, the length of the elastic portion including the second contact protrusion becomes shorter than before the deformation restricting portion contacts the contacted portion (the elastic modulus is changed), so that the elastic force of each portion (compared before the deformation restricting portion contacts the contacted portion). In this state, when the receptacle connector and the plug connector are completely engaged, the small dust adhering to the surface of the first contact protrusion of the plug contact of the plug contact is cleaned (discharged). Then, the second contact protrusion of the receptacle contact is reliably brought into contact with the portion cleaned in the plug-side contact portion with a strong pressing force. Also, when the receptacle connector and the plug connector are connected to the intermediate position and the deformation restricting portion contacts the contacted portion, the tip side (second contact protrusion side) portion is positioned at a predetermined deformation position (design position) than the deformation restricting portion of each receptacle contact. Therefore, even if the manufacturing dimensions of each plug contact deviate from the design value or the insertion posture of the receptacle connector of each plug contact (plug connector) is out of the normal posture, each second contact protrusion can be reliably brought into contact with each plug contact protrusion. have. Therefore, even when the elastic portion of the receptacle contact is long, each of the first and second contact protrusions can be brought into stable contact with the plug contact protrusion of the plug contact.

In addition, since the second contact protrusion contacts the cleaned portion of the plug-side contact portion, there is little possibility that the second contact protrusion and the plug-side contact portion may cause contact failure.

Further, since the plug contact and the receptacle contact come into contact with each other at two points, even if the contact state of one contact point is momentarily released (instantaneously) due to vibration generated in the connector, the contact state of the other contact point is maintained, The contact reliability is improved.

Two contact protrusions 43 are formed. The middle portion of the inner elastic deformation portion 39 located between the first contact protrusion 40 and the second contact protrusion 43 is the widest in the middle when viewed in the front-back direction, and the first contact protrusion 40 in the middle. The width is gradually narrowed toward the 2) side and the 2nd contact protrusion 43 side, and the outer side part consists of the west side width part 41 which makes a curved shape (refer FIG. 3, FIG. 4). When viewed from the left and right in the lateral width direction 41, the lateral width portion 41 is generally curved protruding forward (see Figs. 3 and 7, etc.). The widened width portion 41 is wider than the narrow attachment portion 31. The deformation restricting portion 42 is formed at the middle portion (the widest portion) of the width increasing portion 41.

Each first receptacle contact 35 and each second receptacle contact 45 are inserted downwardly into the first contact attachment hole 25 and the second contact attachment hole 33, respectively. When the first receptacle contact 35 is inserted into the first contact attachment hole 25 in the downward direction, as shown in Fig. 7, the tail portion 36 is positioned inside the tail attachment hole 26, The inner elastic deformation portion 39 (having the width width portion 41 wider than the narrow attachment portion 31) is located inside the narrow attachment portion 31 and the outer side elastic deformation portion 38 is located inside the narrow attachment portion 31 And is located inside the wide attachment 29. The fixing portion 37 is in contact with the bottom surface of the narrow attachment portion 31 and is fixed to the narrow attachment portion 31 when the support projections 37a are inserted into both side surfaces of the narrow attachment portion 31. [ The second receptacle contact 45 is also fixed to the second contact attachment member 33 in the same manner as the first receptacle contact 35. [ The first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 have the widened width portion 41 that is wider than the narrow width attachment 31. However, the fixing portion 37 and the outer elastic widened portion 38 may be narrow The inner elastic deforming portion 39 is located inside the wide attachment 29 so that the first receptacle contact 35 and each second receptacle contact 45 are positioned in the contact attachment portion The productivity of the receptacle connector 20 is not lowered (by the constant width portion 41 which is wider than the narrow attachment portion 31) since the first contact attachment portion 25 and the second contact attachment portion 33 can be inserted in the downward direction.

When the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 are thus provided in the receptacle insulator 21, the outer elastic deformation portion 38 and the inner elastic deformation portion 39 become free, The outer elastic deforming portion 38 is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the narrow attachment portion 31 and the deformation restricting portion 42 is spaced apart from the contacted portion 30. [ In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, each of the first contact protrusions 40 and each of the second contact protrusions 43 is located inside (the inside of the wide attachment port 29) the accommodation recess 22a.

The first receptacle contact 35 and the tail portion 36 of the second receptacle contact 45 are soldered to a circuit pattern on the circuit board CB1 orthogonal to the up and down direction.

Next, the overall configuration of the plug connector 50 will be described.

The plug connector 50 includes a plug insulator 51 injection molded of a synthetic resin material having insulation and heat resistance and a first plug contact 57 and a second plug contact 62 fixed to the plug insulator 51 .

The plug insulator 51 includes an engaging convex portion 52 engageable with the receiving concave portion 22a of the receptacle insulator 21 and an outer annular wall portion 53 surrounding the engaging convex portion 52, The space between the outer annular wall portion 53 and the engaging convex portion 52 is provided with an engagement recess portion 54 to which the annular wall portion 22 of the receptacle insulator 21 is engaged 55).

The first plug contacts 57 and the second plug contacts 62 are provided on the plug insulator 51 in common.

The first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 are made of a copper alloy having elasticity (for example, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, titanium copper) or a Colson copper alloy, And after gold is formed on the surface by nickel plating, gold plating or dip plating is performed. The first plug contact 57 is a symmetrical contact, and the second plug contact 62 is also a symmetrical contact.

Each of the first plug contacts 57 includes a tail portion 58 formed in the front and rear direction, a fixing portion 59 (plug side contact portion) formed linearly downward at the end portion of the tail portion 58, And an inclined end portion 60 formed at a lower end portion of the inclined end portion. Each second plug contact 62 has a tail portion 58, a fixed portion 59 and an inclined end portion 60 in the same manner as the first plug contact 57.

Each of the first plug contacts 57 is fixed to the plug insulator 51 in a state of being formed in the left-right direction. The fixed portion 59 and the inclined end portion 60 of each first plug contact 57 are exposed from the ceiling portion 54 of the first plug contact 57. The fixed portion 59 of the first plug contact 57 and the inclined end portion 60 of the first plug contact 57 are exposed from the ceiling portion 54, And is fixed to the front side. On the other hand, the fixed portion 59 and the inclined end portion 60 of each second plug contact 62 are fixed to the rear surface of the coupling convex portion 52.

The first plug contacts 57 and the tail portions 58 of the second plug contacts 62 are soldered to circuit patterns on the circuit board CB2 perpendicular to the up and down directions.

13 and 15, the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 having the above-described structure are configured such that the coupling convex portion 52 of the plug connector 50 is connected to the annular wall portion 22 of the receptacle connector 20, And by engaging the annular wall portion 22 of the receptacle connector 20 with the engaging recess 55 of the plug connector 50,

13 shows both when the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are coupled to the intermediate position. At this time, the first receptacle contact 35 and the fixed portion 59 of the second plug contact 62 are in contact with each other. In this way, the inner elastic deformation portion 39 and the outer elastic deformation portion 38 of the first receptacle contact 35 are elastically deformed forward, and the inner elastic deformation portion 39 and the outer elastic deformation portion 38 of the second receptacle contact 45, The deformation restricting portions 42 are elastically deformed rearward so that the deformation restricting portions 42 spaced apart from the to-be-contacted portions 30 are brought into contact with the contacted portions 30 (the outer elastic deformation portions 38 and the exposed attachment portions 31 ) Remain spaced apart. The outer elastic deformation part 38 and the inner elastic deformation part 39 function as one elastic part before the deformation restricting part 42 is in contact with the contacted part 30, and the outer elastic deformation part 38 The overall length between the bottom face (base end) and the front end of the inner elastic deformation part 39 (second contact protrusion 43) is substantially the length of the elastic part. However, after the deformation restricting portion 42 is in contact with the contacted portion 30, the portion positioned at the front end side (the second contact protrusion 43) is different from the first contact protrusion 40 of the inner elastic deformation portion 39. It functions as an elastic portion having an elastic modulus (an elastic modulus different from that before the deformation restricting portion 42 contacts the contacted portion 30). That is, when the deformation restricting portion 42 contacts the contacted portion 30, the length of the elastic portion including the second contact protrusion 43 (compared to before the deformation restricting portion 42 contacts the contacted portion 30) is short. The elastic force of the portion is increased (compared to before the deformation restricting portion 42 contacts the contacted portion 30). Particularly, in this embodiment, since the deformation restricting portion 42 is formed to have the widest width among the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 and the widened width portion 41 is curved, So that the stress is easily dispersed when deformed. Therefore, even when a large stress is applied to the west side width portion 41, the elastic deformation of the west side width portion 41 can be suppressed, so that the length of the elastic portion including the second contact protrusion 43 can be shortened.

13, when the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are completely coupled, the fixing part 59 of the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 is connected to the first receptacle contact 35. ) And the contact protrusion 40 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45, while moving downwardly with respect to the first contact protrusion 40 of the second receptacle contact 45. As a result, small and minute garbage (for example, dust or oil adhered to the fly) adhered to the surface of the corresponding fixing part 59 is cleaned (swept away). Then, the first receptacle contact 35 and the second contact protrusion 43 of the second receptacle contact 45 are brought into contact with the site cleaned in the fixing part 59 with a strong pressure.

In addition, when the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are connected to the state of FIG. 13, since the deformation restricting portion 42 is in contact with the contacted portion 30, the position of the deformation restricting portion 42 is determined ( The tip side (the second contact protrusion 43 side) than the deformation restricting portion 42 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 together with the outer elastic deformation portion 38 does not move to the side. Is located at a predetermined deformation position (design position), the manufacturing dimensions of the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 are shifted from the design value or the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact ( 62) Even if the insertion posture of the plug connector 50 with respect to the receptacle connector 20 is shifted from the normal posture, the second contact protrusion 43 can be reliably contacted with the respective fixing portions 59. In addition, the reaction force received by the second contact protrusion 43 from the fixing part 59 acts as a force for increasing the contact force between the first contact protrusion 40 and the fixing part 59 to the first contact protrusion 40. The contact protrusion 40 is not spaced apart from the fixing part 59.

Therefore, even if the length between the lower end (base end) of the outer elastic deformation part 38 and the tip (second contact protrusion 43) of the inner elastic deformation part 39 is long, the first contact protrusion part 40 and the second contact part are long. The protrusion 43 may be in contact with the fixing portion 59 of the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 in a stable state.

In the state where the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are coupled to an intermediate position (FIG. 13 state), the fixing portion 59 of the first plug connector 57 and the second plug contact 62 is provided with the first portion. Since only the first contact protrusion 40 of the receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 contacts, the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 may be coupled to the intermediate position with a small force.

As such, each of the first receptacle contacts 35 and the second receptacle contacts 45 contacts the fixing part 59 at two points, the first contact protrusion 40 and the second contact protrusion 43. There is less risk of contact failure between the receptacle contact 35 and the first plug contact 57 and between the second receptacle contact 45 and the second plug contact 62, and the circuit board CB1 and the circuit are reduced. The substrates CB2 are electrically connected to each other.

In addition, the first receptacle contact 35, the first plug contact 57, the second receptacle contact 45, and the second plug contact 62 have two points (the first contact protrusion 40 and the second contact protrusion 43). Contact with the fixing part 59 of one contact point (for example, the first contact protrusion 40) is temporarily (momentarily) due to vibration of the device on which the connector 10 is mounted. Even if it is released, the contact state of the other contact point (for example, the second contact protrusion 43) may be maintained, and thus high contact reliability can be obtained.

The receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 can be separated as shown in Fig. 1 by moving the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 in a completely combined state in the directions opposite to each other. When the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are separated from each other, the first receptacle contact 35, the outer elastic deformation portion 38 and the inner elastic deformation portion 39 of the second receptacle contact 45 are free And the deformation restricting portion 42 is separated from the contacted portion 30 again.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made.

For example, in the above embodiment, the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are provided on the circuit boards CB1 and CB2 in a direction in which the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 are coupled with each other, So that at least one direction of the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50 is exposed to the side surfaces of the receptacle insulator 21 or the plug insulator 51 so that the tees 36 and 58 are exposed. And a so-called right angle type in which the circuit board is brought into contact with the frame portions 36 and 58 in parallel with the coupling direction and the spacing direction of the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 50.

(Not shown) in which the width (largely) does not change even if the front and rear positions are changed, and the attachment attachment 28 is not composed of the wide attachment 29 and the peg attachment 31 having different widths. And the whole of the fixing portion 37, the outer elastic deformation portion 38 and the inner elastic deformation portion 39 may be stored in the main body attachment portion. In this case, the fixing portion 59 of the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 is in contact with the first contact protrusion 40 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45. Therefore, when the inner elastic deformation portion 39 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 is elastically deformed in the main body attachment hole, the deformation restricting portion 42 of the inner elastic deformation portion 39 ) Is brought into contact with the outer elastic deformation part 38 (contacted part) to compare the length of the elastic part including the second contact protrusion 43 (before the deformation restricting part 42 is contacted with the outer elastic deformation part 38). Can be shortened.

In addition, the fixing portion 59 of the first plug contact 57 and the second plug contact 62 is in contact with the first contact protrusion 40 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45. When the inner elastic deformation portion 39, the outer elastic deformation portion 38 and the outer elastic deformation portion 38 of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second plug contact 45 are elastically deformed, the respective outer elastic deformation portions (38) may be in contact with the underside of the narrow fitting port 31. In this way, even if the total length of the outer elastic deformation part 38 is long, the first contact protrusion 40 can be brought into contact with the fixing part 59 at a strong pressure.

In addition, it protrudes toward the side of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45 on the surface of the fixing part 59 (opposing surfaces of the first receptacle contact 35 and the second receptacle contact 45). A contact protrusion formed in the longitudinal direction of the step 59 may be formed, and the contact protrusion may be brought into contact with the first contact protrusion 40 and the second contact protrusion 43. The contact protrusions may be left and right contact protrusions formed in the longitudinal direction of the fixing portion 59 (a gap is formed between the right and left contact protrusions).

In addition, the fixing protrusion protruding toward the fixing portion 59 side is formed in the first contact protrusion 40 and the second contact protrusion 43 so as to reduce the width (left and right dimensions) of the contact protrusion on the first contact protrusion 40 side. It may be made wider than the width of the contact protrusion on the side of the two contact protrusions 43.
