Claims (2)
- 충격완화용 피스톤형 축압기에 있어서, 상기 충격완화용 피스톤형 축압기는 하부에 유체출입구멍(11)이 형성되는 실린더(10)와, 상기 실린더(10) 내부 상부에 예비압력을 저장하는 공기실과, 상기 공기실 하부에 설치되어 상하 왕복운동하며 실린더(10) 내부에 유체를 출입시키는 피스톤(30)으로 이루어지되, 상기 피스톤(30)은 몸체(31)와, 상기 몸체(31) 하부에 형성되어 유체출입시의 충격을 완화시키는 돌출부(32)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격완화용 피스톤형 축압기
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(30)의 하부 돌출부(32)는 지름이 피스톤(30) 몸체(31)보다 작으며, 상기 실린더(10) 유체출입구멍(11) 내부에는 중앙에 유체가 출입하는 구멍(41)이 형성된 오일포트(40)가 설치되되, 상기 오일포트(40)의 구멍(41) 상부 주연부를 따라서 링홈(42)이 형성되며, 상기 링홈(42)에 체크링(50)이 결합되며, 상기 체크링(50)은 가운데 홀(51)이 형성된 플랜지(52)와 상기 플랜지(52) 주위의 수평링(53)과, 상기 수평링(53) 외주연에 형성되는 이빨(54)로 구성되어, 상기 이빨 사이로 유체가 출입이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 충격완화용 피스톤형 축압기
