Description
도 2는 저장 온도에 따른 진세노사이드 함량을 나타낸 그래프이다(Y축 : 진세노사이드 함량(mg/g)).
도 3은 본 발명의 인삼 전초 발효 초 섭취에 따른 체중 감량 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다(Y 축: 체중(g), X 축: 섭취기간(일)).
도 4는 본 발명의 인삼 전초 발효 초 섭취에 따른 지방세포 크기를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (6)
- (a) 인삼 전초를 준비하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 인삼 전초를 분쇄하는 단계;
(c) 발아 현미를 당화시키는 단계;
(d) 상기 (b) 단계의 분쇄된 인삼과 상기 (c) 단계의 당화 발아현미를 혼합하여 살균 후 알코올 및 초산 발효하는 단계; 및
(e) 저온 숙성 및 여과 단계를 포함하는 인삼 전초 발효 초 제조 방법 - 제1항에 있어서, 발아현미와 인삼 전초의 비율이 1: 0.1 내지 1:3 비율로 함유되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 전초 발효 초 제조 방법
- 상기 1항의 제조 방법으로 제조되어 진세노사이드 Rg2 함량이 주요 진세노사이드의 합 대비 20% 이상 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 전초 발효 초의 제조 방법
- Rg2 강화 인삼 전초 발효 초를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만 식품 조성물.
- Rg2 강화 인삼 전초 발효 초를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항비만 음료.
- Rg2 강화 인삼 전초 발효 초를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항비만 초절임식품.
