Claims (7)
- 회전식으로 구동되는 가공품(8)을 처리하기 위한 기계 공구로서,
상기 기계 공구는 두 개의 평행한 수직의 측벽(4, 4') 및 마찬가지로 수직인 앞벽(7)을 갖는 기계 프레임(1), 가공품 스핀들(2) 및 상기 가공품 스핀들에 할당된 심압대(11)(tailstock), 둘레를 처리하기 위한 공구(13)를 갖춘 공구 홀더(3)를 구비하며, 이때 상기 공구 스핀들(2) 및 심압대(11)는 가이드부(5) 상에서 수직 방향(Z-축)으로 전진 이동을 실행하기 위하여 측벽(4)에 이동 가능하게 배치되어 있으며, 이때 상기 공구 홀더(3)는 가이드 레일(14) 상에서 수평 방향(X-축)으로 이송 동작을 실행하기 위하여 앞벽(7)에 이동 가능하게 배치되어 있는,
회전식으로 구동되는 가공품(8)을 처리하기 위한 기계 공구에 있어서,
상기 측벽(4')에는 가공품 홀더(22)가 배치되어 있고, 상기 가공품 홀더 안에서 가공품(8)이 정면으로부터 처리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가공품 홀더(22)는 가공품 스핀들로서 구현되었으며, 상기 공구 홀더(3)에는 단부를 처리하기 위한 공구(23)가 배치되어 있으며, 그리고 상기 가공품(8)의 정면이 상기 공구(23)에 의해서 처리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가공품 홀더(22)가 가공품(8, 8')을 수용, 구동 및 저장할 목적으로 구현된 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
- 서있는 공구 스핀들(17) 및 걸려 있는 공구 스핀들(18) 그리고 회전 구동 가능한 공구(19)를 구비한 제 1 항에 따른 기계 공구에 있어서,
상기 공구 스핀들(17, 18)이 측벽(4')에 고정 배치되어 있으며, 상기 가공품 홀더(22)가 설치대(16)로서 구현되었으며, 그리고 상기 설치대(16) 안에 고정된 가공품(8)이 상기 회전 구동 가능한 공구(19)의 작용 영역 안으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 설치대(16)가 가이드부(5') 상에서 수직 방향(Z-축)으로 이동할 수 있으며, 그리고 상기 서있는 공구 스핀들(17)은 상기 설치대(16) 아래에 그리고 상기 걸려 있는 공구 스핀들(18)은 상기 설치대(16) 위에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 가공품(8)을 가공품 스핀들(2)로부터 설치대(16)로 운송하기 위하여 운송 장치(20)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 기계 공구에 가공품을 적재 및 하적하기 위하여 두 개의 변환기(21)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는,
기계 공구.
