Abstract
이에 따라 본 발명은, 폐비닐을 재활용하기 위하여 잘게 절단함과 동시에 세척하고, 세척된 폐비닐을 탈수하여 용융기에 투입하는 과정이 자동화로 이루어짐으로 편의성이 증진되는 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (2)
- 폐비닐(V)을 재활용하기 위해 미분쇄하는 절단 장치에 있어서:
상기 폐비닐(V)을 내부로 유입하여 절단하는 톱날형 절단커터(11)와 칼날형 절단커터(12)를 개재하는 절단수단(13)을 구비하고, 절단된 폐비닐(V)의 이물질을 제거하도록 세척수 공급관(14)을 구비하는 파쇄기(10);
상기 파쇄기(10)의 하류단에 파쇄된 폐비닐(V)을 수용하여 이물질을 재차 제거하도록 세척수 공급관(24)을 구비하고, 세척수에 담겨진 폐비닐(V)을 회전력을 통해 이송 가능하게 제1·2 회전구(21)(22)를 구비하는 수조통(20);
상기 수조통(20)의 하류단에 위치하고, 세척된 폐비닐(V)을 절단커터(31)에 의해 잘게 분쇄하는 절단기(30);
상기 절단기(30)의 하류단에 위치하고, 세척수에 의해 젖은 폐비닐(V)의 수분을 탈수하는 탈수기(40); 및
상기 파쇄기(10), 수조통(20), 절단기(30), 탈수기(40)의 사이에 각각 배치되어 폐비닐(V)을 이송시키는 이송컨베이어(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐을 재활용하기 위한 절단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절단수단(13)은 파쇄기(10)의 상부에 등간격 배치되는 가이드판(16)과, 상기 가이드판(16) 사이에 폐비닐(V)을 절단하는 톱날형 절단커터(11)를 구비하고, 상기 톱날형 절단커터(11)의 하부에 절단된 폐비닐(V)을 재차 분쇄하는 칼날형 절단커터(12)를 구비하는 폐비닐을 재활용하기 위한 절단 장치.
