Claims (7)
- 호퍼를 통과한 슬래그골재를 분쇄하는 분쇄기;
분쇄된 슬래그골재를 크기에 따라 분류하는 진동선별기;
상기 분쇄기와 상기 진동선별기 사이에 설치되며, 상기 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 슬래그골재 중 적어도 일부를 상기 진동선별기로 이송하는 제1이송장치; 및
상기 제1이송장치 내에 배치되고, 분쇄된 슬래그골재 중 내부에 철 성분이 포함된 것을 걸러내는 자력선별기;
를 포함하는, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1이송장치는 컨베이어 벨트 및 진행방향의 시단(始端)에 배치된 벨트풀리를 포함하고, 상기 자력선별기는 상기 컨베이어 벨트 내에 진행방향의 종단(終端)에 배치된 마그네틱 풀리를 포함하며,
상기 마그네틱 풀리는 상기 벨트풀리보다 높은 곳에 위치하여, 상기 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 슬래그골재 중 적어도 일부를 상기 제1이송장치가 낮은 곳에서 높은 곳으로 이송하는,
철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1이송장치는 상기 시단에서 상기 시단과 상기 종단 사이의 사전설정된 지점까지는 제1기울기를 가지고, 상기 사전설정된 지점부터 상기 종단까지는 제2기울기를 가지며, 상기 제2기울기가 상기 제1기울기보다 큰, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1기울기는 지면과 평행한, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분쇄기는 적어도 두 개의 롤을 포함하는 롤 크러셔인, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 호퍼에서 상기 분쇄기로 골재를 이송하는 제2이송장치를 더 포함하는, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진동선별기는, 0~40㎜(0 제외)의 크기를 분류하는 제1진동스크린과,0~5㎜(0 제외)의 크기를 분류하는 제2진동스크린을 포함하는, 철 성분 함유 슬래그골재 분류 가능 골재 제조장치.
