Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bearing race, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a bearing race that can increase the manufacturing speed and lower the manufacturing cost by simplifying the manufacturing step.
The method of manufacturing a bearing race according to the present invention includes a material supply step, a material heating step, a cutting step, and a forging step. The material supply step is a step of supplying a material of a predetermined size through the material supply device. The material heating step is a step of heating the material supplied in the material supply step to 1170 to 1190 ℃ through an induction heater. The cutting step is a step of cutting the material heated in the material heating step through a cutting press. The forging step is a step of forming the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing race using the forging press on the material cut in the cutting step.
According to the present invention, a bearing race is manufactured through one heating step of heating at 1170 to 1190 ° C. through an induction heater. Therefore, the bearing race may be manufactured by only one heating step, which is conventionally manufacturing a rare race through two heating steps. Therefore, by reducing the manufacturing step, it is possible to increase the manufacturing speed of the bearing race.

The manufacturing method for bearing race
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bearing race, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a bearing race that can increase the manufacturing speed and lower the manufacturing cost by simplifying the manufacturing step.
The bearing is composed of a driving body such as a ball, a roller, a retainer surrounding the driving body, and a bearing race of inner and outer rings serving as a housing.
The bearing race is mostly produced by hot former forging of less than 100mm. Bearings of 100mm or more are produced by hot ring rolling because they cannot be produced due to high molding load by the general forging method. Bearing race production by the general hot forging method is produced by forging the inner and outer rings at the same time, and then requires a sizing process to match the dimensions of the outer ring.
This conventional bearing race manufacturing method first heats the raw material of the outer diameter of 50mm, the length of 6000mm or more to 300 ℃ to 400 ℃. The primary heated raw material is cut into a predetermined size of material by a cutting press.
Thereafter, the cut material is cooled and then supplied to an induction heater through a skid rail, and then secondarily heated to 1180 ° C. And through the forging process, to form the Bayrun race of the inner ring and the outer ring.
In the conventional bearing lace manufacturing method, the raw material is first heated to 300 ° C. to 400 ° C., and the cut material is secondarily heated to 1180 ° C. Therefore, since the bearing lace is manufactured through two heating processes, there are problems in that the manufacturing speed increases and the manufacturing cost increases due to many manufacturing steps.
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of a bearing race that can reduce the manufacturing step by manufacturing a bearing race through one heating step.
The method of manufacturing a bearing race according to the present invention includes a material supply step, a material heating step, a cutting step, and a forging step. The material supply step is a step of supplying a material of a predetermined size through the material supply device. The material heating step is a step of heating the material supplied in the material supply step to 1170 to 1190 ℃ through an induction heater. The cutting step is a step of cutting the material heated in the material heating step through a cutting press. The forging step is a step of forming the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing race using the forging press on the material cut in the cutting step.
According to the present invention, a bearing race is manufactured through one heating step of heating at 1170 to 1190 ° C. through an induction heater. Therefore, the bearing race may be manufactured by only one heating step, which is conventionally manufacturing a rare race through two heating steps. The method of manufacturing a bearing race according to the present invention includes a material supply step (S11), a material heating step (S13), a cutting step (S15), and a forging step (S17).
Material supply step (S11) is a step of supplying a material of a predetermined size through the material supply device. That is, in the material supply step S11, the raw material is supplied with an outer diameter of 50 mm and a length of 6000 mm or more.
The material heating step S13 is a step of heating the material supplied in the material supply step S11 to 1170 to 1190 ° C. through an induction heater. Preferably, the raw material is heated to 1180 ° C.
In the cutting step (S15) is a step of cutting the material heated in the material heating step (S13) to a predetermined size through a cutting press.
In the forging step (S17) is a step of forming the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing race using the forging press on the material cut in the cutting step (S15).
