Claims (5)
- 종이가 부착되어 있는 괴상의 해체 석고 폐재(A0)를 소정 크기의 괴상으로 조분할하는 파쇄기(1)와, 해당 파쇄기(1)에서 조분할된 괴상 석고 폐재(A1)를 재생 원료로 되는 규격 입경 이하까지 압쇄할 수 있는 제 1 압쇄기(3)와, 해당 제 1 압쇄기(3)에서 압쇄한 제 1차 압쇄 석고(A2)를 다음 공정측으로 반송하는 반송 장치(4)와, 해당 반송 장치(4)에서 반송된 제 1차 압쇄 석고(A2)로부터 종이 조각(P1)을 분리시키는 종이 조각 분리기(5)와, 해당 종이 조각 분리기(5)에서 종이 조각(P1)을 분리시킨 나머지의 압쇄 석고(A3)를 재생 원료로 되는 규격 입경 이하의 세립 석고(A)와 그보다 큰 입경의 조립 석고(A4)로 분별하는 입경 분별기(6)와, 해당 입경 분별기(6)에서 분별된 조립 석고(A4)를 다시 작게 압쇄하는 제 2 압쇄기(7)와, 해당 제 2 압쇄기(7)에서 압쇄된 제 2차 압쇄 석고(A5)를 상기 반송 장치(4)로 되돌리는 리턴 통로(9)를 구비하고 있는 것과 함께, 상기 입경 분별기(6)에 있어서 재생 원료로서 분별된 세립 석고(A) 만을 차례 차례 재생 원료 용기(67)에 회수하도록 하고 있는
석고 폐재 재생 원료화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 압쇄기(7)와 상기 리턴 통로(9)의 사이에 해당 제 2 압쇄기(7)에서 압쇄한 제 2차 압쇄 석고(A5) 중에 남아 있는 종이 부스러기(P2)를 분리시키는 진동 체질기(8)를 설치하여, 해당 진동 체질기(8)로 종이 부스러기(P2)를 제거한 세립 석고(A6) 만을 리턴 통로(9)로 되돌리도록 하고 있는
석고 폐재 재생 원료화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 파쇄기(1)와 상기 제 1 압쇄기(3)의 사이에 괴상 석고 폐재(A1)를 반송하는 반송 컨베이어(2)를 설치하고 있는 것과 함께, 해당 반송 컨베이어(2)의 적소에 괴상 석고 폐재(A1) 중의 철 부스러기(F)를 제거하는 자선기(21)를 설치하고 있는
석고 폐재 재생 원료화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리턴 통로(9)에, 해당 리턴 통로(9)를 지나는 통과물을 리턴 통로(9) 밖으로 유도하는 댐퍼(91)를 설치하고 있는
석고 폐재 재생 원료화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반송 장치(4)에 수직 컨베이어(41)를 사용하는 한편, 해당 수직 컨베이어(41)의 케이싱 하단에 입경체 저장부(42a)를 설치하여, 해당 입경체 저장부(42a)의 전후 대향 위치에 상기 제 1 압쇄기(3)로부터의 입경체 통로(32)와 상기 리턴 통로(9)를 접속시키고 있는
석고 폐재 재생 원료화 장치.
