Description

고체연료용 히팅장치{HEATER}Solid fuel heating device {HEATER}

The present invention relates to a heating device for a solid fuel, and more particularly to a heating device for a solid fuel that can prevent the solid fuel is transferred to the combustion chamber supplied for combustion to be caught in the transfer member.

In general, a heating device for solid fuel is used to heat a room or a heating device such as a boiler by burning fuel.

Conventional solid fuel heating devices have used fossil fuels such as gas, petroleum or petroleum, but due to the high cost of fuel, there is a problem that causes environmental pollution along with the economic burden and waste of energy resources. Natural resources such as sawdust and sawdust are manufactured in solid pellet form to replace fossil fuels.

As such, there is a solid fuel combustion apparatus disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2010-133267 as a prior art using alternative fuel.

As shown in FIG. 1, the combustion apparatus of the related art includes a housing 1 having an exhaust port, a combustion chamber 2 embedded in the housing 1, a fuel support 3 installed at a lower end of the combustion chamber 2, and a combustion chamber 1. It is composed of a fuel supply unit (4) for supplying a solid fuel to).

The combustion apparatus of the prior art has a combustion chamber along the transfer line 4b by the rotation of the screw 4c in which the solid fuel stored in the fuel storage chamber 4a constituting the fuel supply unit 4 rotates by the motor 5. It is a structure supplied to (2).

On the other hand, while the solid fuel is transported along the feed line 4b by the rotation of the screw 4c, the jam occurs while being caught between the end of the screw 4c and the feed line 4b.

At this time, since the screw 4c of the prior art rotates only in the forward direction by the rotation of the motor 5, the screw 4c rotates only in the direction in which the solid fuel is sandwiched and thus becomes impossible to rotate. As a result, a failure due to the overload of the motor 5 is generated, as well as the trouble of disassembling the screw 4c and the motor 5 from the transfer line 4b in order to remove the suspended solid fuel.

Moreover, the fuel supply unit 4 of the related art is made of the fuel storage chamber 4a and the transfer line 4b integrally as shown in FIG. 1 so that the transfer line 4b is not disassembled in the fuel storage chamber 4a. Therefore, there is a problem that the installation and separation of the screw (4c) and the motor (5) is difficult.

The present invention was created in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and when the solid fuel is caught on the end of the feed screw by controlling the rotational direction of the drive motor for transporting the solid fuel while rotating the feed screw forward, The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heating device for solid fuel that can supply solid fuel to a combustion chamber without clogging by releasing the solid fuel through reverse rotation.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted.

Solid fuel heating apparatus according to the present invention can be configured to include a combustion chamber 10, smoke discharger 40 and the fuel supply 50 as shown in FIG.

Combustion chamber 10 is a component that generates fire and heat as a solid fuel is injected into, for example, including a fuel support 10a, a delay member 20 and a heat dissipation tank 30 as shown in FIG. Can be configured.

The fuel support 10a is loaded on the base plate 11 having the pores 11a by the solid fuel introduced through the fuel supplier 50 to be described later, and burned on the side wall 13 that shields the base plate 11. Guides fire and heat upwards.

Here, the solid fuel may be composed of pellets formed by solidifying biomass such as waste wood or sawdust, or alternatively, may be composed of a fuel member commonly used such as coal or firewood.

The side wall 13 is coupled to the rim of the base plate 11 in the form of a normal light narrowing as shown in FIG. 2 to suppress the discharge of the fire and heat to the bottom while spreading the fire and heat to the top, along the circumference The solid fuel is completely burned out while the fire and hot air enter and exit through the through hole 13a.

Here, the vent hole 13a may be formed in an inclined state inclined in the circumferential direction of the side wall 13 as shown in a plan view in FIG. Therefore, the fire and hot air form a vortex in the circumferential direction of the side wall 13 while entering and exiting the inclined vent hole 13a, thereby delaying the discharge time and completely burning unburned fuel.

On the other hand, the base plate 11 may be detachably coupled to the side wall 13 to discharge the combusted ash through the separation of the side wall 13, unlike the above-described base plate 11 without the side wall 13 It may consist only of. In this case, the reflection plate 21 to be described later is directly connected to the base plate 11.

On the other hand, the fuel support 10a may be configured to further include a dispersion protrusion 15 as shown in FIG.

Dispersion protrusion 15 is a member for dispersing the fuel injected into the base plate 11 to the base plate 11 in a pulverized state, as shown in a plan view in Figure 2 as the base plate ( 11 is provided in the protruding state on the upper portion of the fuel supply 50 to be described later through the fuel plate collides with the fuel falling to the base plate 11 to disperse and disperse.

The retardation member 20 is a member for minimizing fire and heat that is discharged and lost by delaying the discharge time while exhausting the fire and heat generated from the fuel support 10a by ventilating and shielding the upper portion of the fuel support 10a. to be. The delay member 20 is formed in the shape of a hat shade as shown in Figure 2 is composed of a reflection shade 21 having a discharge hole (21a) on the top.

The reflector 21 is coupled to the upper end of the side wall 13 constituting the fuel support 10a, and is formed in the shape of a hat that narrows the width of the inner circumferential surface toward the upper end to help fire and heat generated from the base plate 11. As shown in the enlarged view of 2, the light is discharged through the discharge hole 21a while reflecting on the inner circumferential surface. The reflector 21 may be detachably coupled to the upper end of the side wall 13, and alternatively, may be integrally fixed to the upper end of the side wall 13 by welding. Accordingly, the fire and heat of the base plate 11 is moved to the discharge hole 21a while being reflected on the inner circumferential surface of the reflector 21 as enlarged in FIG. Fire and heat can be released more and can be discharged, and moving to form a vortex, so that the high temperature heat can be released by completely burning the fuel discharged in unburned state.

The heat dissipation tank 30 is provided on the outside of the fuel support 10a and the delay member 20 as shown in FIG. 2 to provide a heat dissipation space 33. The heat dissipation tank 20 is open at the top to discharge the fire and heat discharged through the discharge hole (21a) of the reflection shade 21, the cover 31 is provided as shown in Figure 2 in a conventional stove form Can be formed.

Cover 31 has a projection (31a) is formed in the center as shown in Figure 2 is reflected in the fire and hot air discharged to the discharge hole (21a) of the reflection shade 21 as shown by the arrow to the fire and hot air Vortex is generated, and fire and hot air are discharged through the communication hole 31b formed on the side of the protrusion 31a.

On the other hand, the heat dissipation tank 30 is provided with a collecting portion 37 for collecting the ash falling through the hole 11a of the base plate 11, as shown in Figure 2, the base plate 11 An ignition means for igniting the loaded solid fuel may be provided, and an air supply means 38 for supplying air through the pores 11a of the base plate 11 may be provided below.

The air supply means 38 is a means for completely burning fuel by supplying air to the inside of the side wall 13 through the pores 11a of the base plate 11, as shown in FIG. It can be configured to be forced to supply air to the base plate 11, otherwise may be composed of an air conditioning window for introducing external air by opening and closing.

Here, the blowing fan 38b may operate intermittently to supply air to the base plate 11 intermittently. That is, the blower fan 38b discontinuously supplies air to the base plate 11, thereby providing a time for the fuel to be combusted by the air supplied to the base plate 11, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of the fuel. . For example, the blower fan 38b may stop operating for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds after the operation for 10 to 20 seconds, and may repeat the operation for 10 to 20 seconds.

On the other hand, the blower fan 38b supplies air to the supply pipe 53 of the fuel supplier 50 described later through the air supply pipe 38a as shown by the broken line in FIG. The reverse air is provided to the solid fuel introduced into the fuel support 10a to prevent fire and heat from flowing back into the supply pipe 53.

On the other hand, the combustion chamber 10 may be configured in a state in which the above-described delay member 20 is omitted. That is, the combustion chamber 10 is composed of only the fuel support (10a) and the heat dissipation tank 30, the solid fuel may be directly injected into the heat dissipation tank (20).

The smoke discharger 40 is a means for guiding and discharging smoke generated in the combustion chamber 10 to the outside, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a collecting hood 45 for collecting smoke from the upper portion of the heat dissipation tank 30 described above. ) Or a communication not shown directly connected to the upper or side of the heat dissipation tank 30.

The collection hood 45 is installed in the form of sealing the upper end of the heat dissipation tank 30, as shown in Figure 2, and the hood body 45a is installed in the form of a lower light reciprocation narrowing the width of the inner circumferential surface toward the top It is configured to include an exhaust duct 45b connected to the hood body 45a to exhaust smoke to the outside.

The hood body 45a is installed in a form opposite to the discharge direction of the smoke, and a plurality of bypass wings 46 are installed on the inner circumferential surface to bypass the smoke discharged into the exhaust duct 45b, and are connected to the exhaust duct 45b. By adjusting the diameter of the part, a diameter adjusting member such as a discharge damper 48 for controlling the discharge of the smoke discharged to the exhaust duct 45b is provided.

In addition, the hood body 45a may have a delay plate 49 installed as shown in FIG. 2 to replace the configuration of the bypass wing 46. The delay plate 49 is installed inside the hood body 45a by the installation ribs 49a to delay the discharge time of the smoke while preventing the movement of the smoke discharged from the heat dissipation tank 30. Of course, the hood body 45 is provided with both the delay plate 49 and the bypass wing 46 may further delay the discharge time of the smoke.

Therefore, the collection hood 45 delays the discharge time of the smoke discharged to the exhaust duct 45b so that the waste heat contained in the smoke is dissipated inside the hood body 45a.

The fuel supplier 50 is provided at one side of the combustion chamber 10 to supply solid fuel to the combustion chamber. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the hopper 51, the transfer pipe 52, the supply pipe 53, It may be configured to include a feed screw 54, a rotating shaft 55, a drive motor 56, a controller 57 and a signal transmitter.

Hopper 51 is formed in a case having a storage space is built in the case (CS) installed on one side of the combustion chamber 10, as shown in Figure 2, solid fuel is shown in the lower portion A discharge port 51a to be discharged is provided.

The conveying pipe 52 is a member detachably coupled to the outlet 51a of the hopper 51 as shown in FIG. 3 to provide a conveying path through which the solid fuel is conveyed, and as shown in FIG. The opening 52a is formed as a tubular body having an opening 52a, and the opening 52a is discharged 51a while one side is fixed to the case CS of the hopper 51 or detachably fixed to the hopper 51 directly. Coupled in communication with Alternatively, the transfer pipe 52 may be integrally fixed to the outlet 51a of the hopper 51.

Supply pipe 53 is a member for supplying the solid fuel transferred to the transfer pipe 52 to the combustion chamber 10, as shown in Figure 3 so that one side is detachable to the transfer pipe 52 through the case (CS) The other side is coupled to the combustion chamber 10 in a penetrating state.

Here, the transfer pipe 52 may be integrally formed with the supply pipe 53 to communicate the combustion chamber 10 and the hopper 51, as illustrated.

The conveying screw 54 is built in the conveying pipe 52 as shown in FIG. 3 and rotates by the driving of the driving motor 56 to be described later, and transfers the solid fuel to the combustion chamber 10 through the supply pipe 53. . As shown in FIG. 4, the transfer screw 54 is formed of only a screw body helical without a central axis, so that a space corresponding to the central axis is secured, and thus a larger amount of solid fuel can be transferred.

The rotating shaft 55 is integrally fixed to one end of the conveying screw 54 by welding or bolting and rotatably supported while penetrating one side of the conveying pipe 52 to convey the conveying screw 54. Transmits torque to

As shown in FIG. 3, the driving motor 56 is detachably fixed to the end of the rotation shaft 55 to rotate the transfer screw 54. The drive motor 56 is connected to the rotating shaft 55 in a state fixed to the bracket (BK) fixed to one side of the transfer pipe 52, as shown in Figure 4, the reducer 56a is provided on one side of the transfer The screw 54 is rotated in a decelerated state.

The controller 57 supplies power to the drive motor 56 to control the driving of the transfer screw 54 while the drive motor 56 is rotated forward or reverse.

The signal transmitter is a component for preventing the solid fuel conveyed along the conveying pipe 52 by the rotation of the conveying screw 54 from being caught by the end 54a of the conveying screw 54. It is a component that releases the solid fuel by rotating the drive motor 56 and the transfer screw 54 by providing a rotation signal.

Such a signal transmitter may be configured as, for example, a timer 61 that provides a reverse rotation signal for a time set in the controller 57, and may be configured separately from the controller 57 or as shown in FIG. Can be configured in

The timer 61 intermittently applies the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 for forward rotation of the driving motor 56 for a predetermined time to periodically rotate the transfer screw 54 and then rotate it forward.

For example, the timer 61 may apply the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 for 5 seconds to 2 minutes, and then apply the reverse rotation signal again after the driving motor 56 rotates forward for 20 seconds to 5 minutes. have. That is, the timer 61 controls the driving of the drive motor 56 with time.

Accordingly, the controller 57 alternately switches the rotation directions of the drive motor 56 and the transfer screw 54 to periodically change the transfer direction of the solid fuel. Therefore, even when the solid screw is caught at the end portion 54a, the conveying screw 54 reverses the solid fuel while rotating in reverse by the reverse rotation signal by the timer 61, so that the solid fuel is easily separated from the end portion 54a. The jam may be released.

In this case, when the driving of the driving motor 56 starts, the timer 61 may apply a reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 to rotate the transfer screw 54 for a predetermined time and then rotate it forward. This is to release the suspended solid fuel at the end of the transfer screw 54 by the load of the solid fuel supplied to the transfer pipe 52 through the outlet 51a of the hopper 51.

Here, the drive motor 56 may apply a motor of a smaller capacity than the conventional motor. That is, in the related art, the motor cannot be reversely rotated, and thus a large capacity motor is needed because the solid fuel must be released by the method of crushing the solid fuel through continuous forward rotation. However, the driving motor 56 includes a signal transmitter and a controller It is possible to configure the motor with a small capacity since the locking of the feed screw 54 while releasing the reverse rotation by the 57).

On the other hand, unlike the above-described signal transmitter, for example, by detecting the rotational state of the rotating shaft 55 rotated by the drive motor 56 or detects that the solid fuel is caught on the transfer screw 54, the reverse rotation to the controller 57 It may also be configured as a sensing member (63) for providing a signal.

The sensing member 63 is a member for reversely rotating the feed screw 54 by applying the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 by the rotation state of the rotary shaft 55 or the locking of the solid fuel. As described above, the magnet 63a and the hall sensor 63b may be included.

As shown in FIG. 3, the magnet 63a is attached to the shaft or the rotation shaft 55 of the driving motor 56 to provide magnetic force while rotating together with the feed screw 54.

The hall sensor 63b is a member that senses the rotation of the magnet 63a through the magnetic force of the magnet 63a that rotates together with the rotation shaft 55. When the magnet 63a is not detected, the hall sensor 63b rotates in the controller 57. Apply a signal.

That is, the hall sensor 63b detects through the magnet 63a that the rotation of the rotary shaft 55 is stopped as the solid fuel is caught by the transfer screw 54 and applies a reverse rotation signal to the controller 57. Thus, the conveying screw 54 is reversed by the Hall sensor 63b to release the solid fuel.

Here, the drive motor 56 that is rotated in reverse by the reverse rotation signal of the hall sensor 63b can be rotated again after the reverse rotation of the rotary shaft 55 is detected by the number of revolutions set by the hall sensor 63b. Alternatively, the reverse rotation may be performed for a time set by the above-described timer 61 and then rotated forward.

On the other hand, unlike the above-described sensing member, for example, as shown in Figure 5 may be configured as a locking switch (63c) for detecting the locking of the solid fuel in the interior of the transfer pipe 52 to provide a reverse rotation signal. .

The locking switch 63c is provided inside the transfer pipe 52 in a state adjacent to the transfer screw 54 as shown in FIG. 5, and is applied by the locking of the solid fuel to apply the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57. do.

That is, when the solid fuel is transported along the transport pipe 52 and caught on the transport screw 54, the solid fuel is not discharged to the supply pipe 53 but is stagnated in the transport pipe 52, thereby pressing the locking switch 63c and switching. Let's do it. Accordingly, the locking switch 63c applies the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 to reverse the rotation of the driving motor 56 and the transfer screw 54 to reverse the stagnant solid fuel to release the solid fuel.

On the other hand, unlike the above-mentioned, the sensing member may be configured as a load sensing module for detecting a load by the non-operation of the motor to provide a reverse rotation signal. The load sensing module is applied to, for example, a motor of an automobile antenna, a motor of a vehicle window, or a motor of a vehicle folding mirror, and detects a current of a motor rapidly rising by a load to apply a detection signal to a controller. Over current relay), or, alternatively, a circuit mounted with a device that detects a motor frequency or a pulse signal. Accordingly, the controller rotates the motor for a predetermined time by the reverse rotation signal of the load sensing module.

On the other hand, the fuel supply 50 of the present invention can be configured to further include a flow member 70 as shown in Figs.

The flow member 70 rotates the end of the rotation shaft 55 in a flowable state while supporting the rotation shaft 55 to the transfer pipe 52 so as to flow the transfer screw 54. For example, FIG. As shown, it can be configured to include a bearing housing 71 and the rotary bearing 72.

Bearing housing 71 is integrally fixed to the transfer pipe 52 as shown in FIG.

Rotating bearing 72 is embedded in the bearing housing 71 as shown in Figure 4, the inner ring 72a is fixed to the end of the rotating shaft 55, the outer ring 72b is the shaft inside the bearing housing 71 The rotating shaft 55 is made to flow while flowing in a direction different from the direction.

On the other hand, the rotating bearing 72 is the inner ring 72a flows in a direction different from the axial direction inside the outer ring 72b with the outer ring 72b fixed to the bearing housing 71 as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. While rotating shaft 55 may be flown. That is, the flow member 70 may be configured in the form of a UCFL bearing, commonly referred to as UC bearing or earth bearing.

Accordingly, when the rotation shaft 55 stops the rotation of the conveying screw 54 due to the engagement of the solid fuel, the conveying screw 54 by flowing the conveying screw 54 while the end flows by the flow of the rotating bearing 72. 54) It is possible to release the solid fuel jammed.

Meanwhile, the fuel supplier 50 of the present invention may further include a blower 58 as shown in FIG. 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the blower 58 is a member for intermittently providing backwind to the supply pipe 53 to supply backwind to the combustion chamber 10 together with the solid fuel. Prevent backflow along the feed line 53 along the solid fuel. The blower 58 may operate intermittently in the same manner as the blower fan 38b described above, and the air supply pipe 38a may be omitted when the blower 58 is installed.

On the other hand, the heating device for solid fuel of the present invention can be configured to further include a heating tank 80 and waste heat recovery pipe 90 for heating the water in a reservoir state as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 6, the heating tank 80 is installed above the heat dissipation tank 30 constituting the combustion chamber 10 to store water, and the bottom surface is heated by the fire and heat of the combustion chamber 10. By discharging the stored water to discharge hot water, an inflow pipe 81 through which water is introduced and a discharge pipe 82 through which the heated hot water is discharged are formed at one side.

The heating tank 80 may be assembled while seated in the form inserted into the upper portion of the heat dissipation tank 30, as shown in Figure 6, the above-mentioned collection hood 45 may be assembled to the upper assembly. Unlike this, the heating tank 80 may be integrally coupled to the heat dissipation tank 30 by a coupling member such as a fixing bolt.

In addition, the heating tank 80 may be provided with a heating groove (80a) as shown in FIG. The heating groove 80a is formed in a groove shape on the bottom surface of the heating tank 80 as shown in FIG. 6 to provide a heating space into which the fire and heat provided in the combustion chamber 10 flow. Therefore, the heating tank 80 is heated by the heating groove (80a), as well as the storage of the stored water can be quickly heated as the discharge of the heat and fire introduced into the heating groove (80a) is delayed.

6, at least one waste heat recovery pipe 90 is installed to penetrate the heating tank 80 to guide the smoke discharged from the combustion chamber 10 to the above-described smoke discharger 40. Recover the waste heat contained in the smoke.

Here, the waste heat recovery pipe (90) is a heating tank (80) in the form of communicating the communication hood (31b) of the heat dissipation tank (30) constituting the collection hood 45 and the combustion chamber 10 as shown in FIG. It is installed in plural to guide the smoke to the collecting hood (45). At this time, the waste heat recovery pipe 90 transfers the latent heat of the smoke discharged together with the smoke from the heat dissipation tank 30, that is, the waste heat to the water stored in the heating tank 80.

Therefore, the heating tank 80 is heated at the bottom surface by the fire and heat provided from the combustion chamber 10, and at the same time the waste heat discharged through the waste heat recovery pipe 90 is transferred to the stored water to heat the heat loss It can be reduced to provide hot hot water in a short time.

It describes the operation of the heating device for a solid fuel according to the present invention including the above components.

The solid fuel is supplied to the transfer pipe 52 through the discharge port 51a in a state of being stored in the hopper 51, and is forcibly transferred by the rotation of the transfer screw 54 driven by the driving motor 56 to supply the pipe ( 53 is supplied to the combustion chamber 10 through.

At this time, the driving motor 56 reverses the transfer screw 54 by the reverse rotation signal applied to the controller 57 for the time set by the timer 61 to reverse the solid fuel, and then rotates forward. Accordingly, after the solid fuel is released or blocked by the reverse rotation of the transfer screw 54, the solid fuel is transferred to the supply pipe 53 along the transfer pipe 52 by the forward rotation of the driving motor 56, and then the combustion chamber 10 is removed. Is supplied.

On the other hand, while the transfer screw 54 is rotated forward by the drive motor 56, the rotation stops as the solid fuel is caught on the end (54a). At this time, the hall sensor 63b constituting the sensing member 63 detects that the rotation of the feed screw 54 is stopped through the magnet 63a which rotates together with the rotation shaft 55 and reversely rotates the controller 57. The drive motor 56 and the transfer screw 54 are reversed by applying a signal. Accordingly, the solid fuel is released by the reverse rotation screw screw 54 is released.

On the other hand, the locking switch (63c) constituting the sensing member 63 is applied by the reverse rotation signal to the controller 57 while being switched by the locking or clogging of the solid fuel of the drive motor 56 and the transfer screw 54 Reverse rotation of the solid fuel releases the solid fuel jam or blockage.

On the other hand, the transfer screw 54 is the rotational force of the drive motor 56 continues to act as the rotation is stopped as the solid fuel is caught on the end portion (54a) during the forward or reverse rotation. At this time, the rotating bearing 72 flows the rotating shaft 55 while flowing in a direction different from the axial direction inside the bearing housing 72, so that the transfer screw 54 is the end of the solid fuel (54a) Release the jam. That is, the conveying screw 54 is spaced during the flow by the flow member 70 is released of the solid fuel is released.

Then, the solid fuel is loaded on the base plate 11 of the fuel support 10a constituting the combustion chamber 10 through the supply pipe 53. At this time, the solid fuel is dispersed in the base plate 11 in a crushed state by colliding with the dispersion protrusion 15 while falling from the supply pipe 53.

The base plate 11 is ignited and burned by the ignition means 39 at the lower portion of the heat dissipation tank 30 in the fuel loaded in the dispersed state. At this time, the base plate 11 burns fuel through the air of the air supply means 38 introduced through the pores 11a, and the blowing fan 38b constituting the air supply means 38 intermittently draws air. By supplying, the fuel is completely burned.

The side wall 13 diffuses the fire and heat generated from the base plate 11 to the upper portion, and burns fuel while entering the fire and heat through the vent hole 13a. At this time, the vent hole (13a) is formed in an inclined state in the circumferential direction of the base plate (11), causing vortices in the fire and heat to enter and exit. Thus, the fire and heat completely burn the fuel discharged in unburned state with a delayed discharge time.

On the other hand, the fire and heat generated from the base plate 11 do not flow back along the supply pipe 53 due to the backwind of the blower 58 supplied with the fuel through the supply pipe 53.

The retardation member 20 reflects the fire and heat to the inner circumferential surface of the reflector 21 and forms a vortex in the fire and heat to discharge the discharge holes 21a to heat the hot air in the heat radiation space 33 of the heat dissipation tank 30. To provide. Therefore, the fire and heat are delayed by the reflector 21, and the vortex forms a vortex to completely burn the fuel discharged in the unburned state.

The heat dissipation tank 30 reflects the fire and hot air moved to the heat dissipation space 33 laterally through the protrusion 31a of the cover 31, causing vortices to the fire and hot air, and communicating holes 31b of the cover 31. Discharge through).

In addition, the heat dissipation tank 30 discharges the smoke through the collecting hood 45 constituting the smoke discharger (40). At this time, the collection hood 45 delays the discharge time through the bypass wing 46 and the discharge damper 48 installed in the hood body 45a to the smoke discharged through the communication hole 31b of the cover 31 or , Delaying the discharge time while blocking the movement of the smoke through the delay plate (49). Therefore, the latent heat contained in the smoke is recovered and transferred to the upper portion of the heat dissipation tank 30.

On the other hand, when the heating tank 80 and the waste heat recovery pipe 90 is provided between the combustion chamber 10 and the smoke discharger 40, the heating tank 80 is stored by the water flowing through the inlet pipe 81 As the bottom surface is heated by the fire and heat provided in the combustion chamber 10, the stored water is heated to discharge hot water through the discharge pipe 82.

At this time, the waste heat recovery pipe (90) guides the smoke discharged from the combustion chamber (10) to the collection hood (45) and recovers the waste heat discharged with the smoke to heat the water in the heating tank (80).

As described above, the heating device for solid fuel according to the present invention is controlled by the signal transmitter even when the solid fuel moving by the forward rotation of the transfer screw 54 is caught by the end portion 54a of the transfer screw 54. Since the drive motor 56 reverses the transfer screw 54 while the drive motor 56 rotates in reverse by the reverse rotation signal provided to the rod, the locking of the solid fuel can be easily released, so that the durability of the drive motor 56 can be improved. The solid fuel can be supplied to the combustion chamber 10 without clogging.

In particular, since the rotation direction of the transfer screw 54 is alternately switched by a reverse rotation signal periodically provided through the timer 61 constituting the signal transmitter, the solid fuel is transported without jamming the transfer screw 54. Can be.

In addition, when the signal transmitter is composed of a sensing member 63 for detecting the rotation state of the rotary shaft 55 or the jam of the solid fuel, the drive screw can be reversely rotated by detecting the jam of the solid fuel. Overload of (56) can be prevented.

Specifically, the sensing member 63 is composed of a magnet (63a) and the Hall sensor (63b) to detect the rotation state of the rotary shaft 55, so that the transfer screw 54 is stopped immediately by the solid fuel, the transfer immediately The screw 54 may be rotated in reverse to release the solid fuel.

On the contrary, when the sensing member 63 is configured as the locking switch 63c, the locking or clogging of the solid fuel can be quickly detected inside the transfer pipe 52.

In addition, the transfer screw 54 is flowed by the flow member 70 which flows in a direction different from the axial direction while rotatably fixing the rotation shaft 55, so that the solid fuel caught on the end 54 a of the transfer screw 54. Can be easily released.

In addition, since a blower 58 is provided in the supply pipe 53 of the fuel supplier 50 to supply the counter-wind with the fuel to the combustion chamber 10, the fire and heat do not flow back to the fuel supplier 50 by the supplied counter-wind.

In addition, since the dispersion protrusion 15 provided inside the combustion chamber 10 disperses the fuel in a pulverized state, the fuel may be dispersed without being concentrated in any one place, thereby improving combustion efficiency.

In addition, when the smoke discharger 40 is composed of a collecting hood 45, the smoke is collected and discharged on the upper portion of the combustion chamber 10, so that latent heat contained in the smoke can be recovered from the upper portion of the combustion chamber 10, and the smoke discharger. When the 40 is composed of a communication directly connected to the combustion chamber 10, the volume can be reduced so that it can be installed in a narrow space.

Furthermore, the water stored in the heating tank 80 is heated by the fire and heat provided in the combustion chamber 10, and at the same time is heated by the latent heat contained in the smoke discharged through the waste heat recovery pipe 90, the smoke discharger 40 Waste heat discharged to) can be recovered.
