Abstract
이에 따라, 본 고안은 정량공급롤러에 의해 직경이 큰 원사의 공급길이를 기준으로 나머지 원사가 강제 공급되어 장력 및 직경이 서로 상이한 이원계 원사가 단일의 보빈에 일정한 길이로 정밀하게 권취됨에 따라 제직공정에서 원사의 처짐으로 인한 제직불량 및 원사 단락이 방지되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 이원계 원사(T)가 준비된 각각의 공급보빈(B1)으로부터 공급되는 각각의 원사(T)를 독립적으로 가압하여 이송장력을 조절하도록 구비되는 장력조절부(10);
상기 장력조절부(10)를 통과한 각각의 원사(T)가 1~2회 권취되어 직경이 큰 원사(T)의 공급길이를 기준으로 나머지 원사(T)가 강제 공급되도록 회전가능하게 구비되는 정량공급롤러(20); 및
상기 정량공급롤러(20)를 통하여 공급되는 각각의 원사(T)를 권취보빈(B2)상으로 안내하고, 로드봉(32a)상에서 직선왕복이송되도록 설치되는 원사가이드(32)와, 권취보빈(B2)을 회전가능하게 지지하는 보빈구동축(34)이 구비되는 원사권취부(30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원계 원사용 와인더장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 장력조절부(10)는 상면에 원사이송홈(12a)이 형성되는 바닥판(12)과, 바닥판(12)상에 위치된 원사(T)를 가압하고 중량추(14a)에 의해 가압력이 조절되는 복수개의 가압편(14)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원계 원사용 와인더장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정량공급롤러(20)와 이격된 위치에 가이드봉(22)이 구비되고, 정량공급롤러(20)상에 1~2회 권취된 원사(T)는 가이드봉(22)과 정량공급롤러(20)를 전체적으로 선회하여 원사권취부(30)상으로 공급되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원계 원사용 와인더장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정량공급롤러(20)는 센서(20a)에 의해 회전수가 검출되고, 회전수를 카운팅하여 원사(T)의 공급길이가 산출되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원계 원사용 와인더장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원사(T)가 이송되는 경로상에는 전체 또는 국부적으로 구획(40)이 형성되고, 구획(40)내의 온도가 일정하게 설정되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원계 원사용 와인더장치.
