MTT 시약과 시료가 포함된 배지를 모두 제거하고 각 웰에 이소프로파놀산(acid isopropanol; 0.04N HCl in iso-propanol) 100 ㎕을 첨가하여 30분간 교반하여 주고, ELISA 리더를 이용하여 570 nm에서 흡광값을 측정하였으며, 대조군으로는 정제수를 사용하였다.6.
