Claims (15)
- 유리 기판; 및
상기 유리 기판에 적층되는 반사방지층 및 오염방지층
을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층은 단층이고 나노 사이즈의 실리콘 산화물 입자를 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층의 상기 입자의 크기가 10 nm 내지 100 nm 인 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층은 기공을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층의 두께가 70 nm 내지 120 nm 인 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오염방지층은 기판 상에 위치하며, 플루오르계 화합물을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르계 화합물은 플루오르화 알킬기를 포함하는 디플레이용 기판 부재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르화 알킬기는 -CF2- 또는 -CF3 를 1 내지 100개로 포함하는 디플레이용 기판 부재. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 오염방지층의 두께가 2 nm 내지 50 nm 인 디플레이용 기판 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오염방지층은 퍼플루오르화카본(perfluorocarbon, PFC), 하이드로플루오르에테르(hydrofluoroether, HFEs) 및 퍼플루오르헥산(perfluorohexane, PFH) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이용 기판 부재의 CIE(Commossion international de l'Eclairage) 색좌표가 x는 0.27 내지 0.35 이고 y는 0.27 내지 0.35 인 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리 기판은 제1 면 및 제2 면을 포함하고,
상기 제1 면 및 제2 면 중 적어도 어느 한 면에 형성되는 단층의 반사방지층을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 유리 기판의 제1 면에 상기 반사방지층이 형성되고,
상기 반사방지층에 상기 오염방지층이 형성되는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 유리 기판의 제1 면 및 제2 면에 상기 반사방지층이 형성되고,
상기 유리 기판의 제1 면에 형성된 상기 반사방지층에 상기 오염방지층이 형성되는 디스플레이용 기판 부재. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 유리 기판의 제2 면에 상기 반사방지층이 형성되고,
상기 유리 기판의 제1 면에 상기 오염방지층이 형성되는 디스플레이용 기판 부재.
