Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 지지대(3)에 지지되며, 상부와 하부에 투입구(4)와 배출구(5)를 형성한 외형이 원통형상의 본체(2)와; 상기 본체(2)의 중심에 수직방향으로 회전 가능하게 세워진 상태에서 모터(8)와 구동수단(9)으로 연결되어 시계방향으로 저속 회전하는 배기회전관(6)과; 상기 배기회전관(6)에 형성된 배기공(6a)들의 아래에 위치되도록 본체(2)에 고정 설치한 적층된 건조판(11)들과; 상기 건조판(11)에 접하도록 배기회전관(6)에 고정한 이송대(14)와; 상기 이송대(14)로 이송되는 건조대상물을 아래쪽 건조판(11)으로 공급되도록 각 건조판(11)에 형성한 배출구멍(13)으로 구성하되; 하부 건조판(11)에 형성된 배출구멍(13)은 상부 건조판(11)의 배출구멍(13)보다 반시계방향으로 서로 겹치지 않게 뒤쪽에 배치되게 한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 지지대(3)에 지지되며, 상부와 하부에 투입구(4)와 배출구(5)를 형성한 외형이 원통형상의 본체(2)와;
상기 본체(2)의 중심에 수직방향으로 회전 가능하게 세워진 상태에서 모터(8)와 구동수단(9)으로 연결되어 시계방향으로 저속 회전하는 배기회전관(6)과;
상기 배기회전관(6)에 형성된 배기공(6a)들의 아래에 위치되도록 본체(2)에 고정 설치한 적층된 건조판(11)들과;
상기 건조판(11)에 접하도록 배기회전관(6)에 고정한 이송대(14)와;
상기 이송대(14)로 이송되는 건조대상물을 아래쪽 건조판(11)으로 공급되도록 각 건조판(11)에 형성한 배출구멍(13)으로 구성하되;
하부 건조판(11)에 형성된 배출구멍(13)은 상부 건조판(11)의 배출구멍(13)보다 반시계방향으로 서로 겹치지 않게 뒤쪽에 배치되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서;
상기 건조판(11)의 저면에는 직접가열실 또는 간접가열식 구성의 가열수단(17)을 더 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;
상기 본체(2)에 관측공(15)을 형성하고 투명관측창(16)을 결합하여 건조대상물의 건조 상태를 외부에서 쉽게 관측할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기.
