Abstract
발포폼 충진을 적용할 건축물 구조체의 벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조틀 재질을 스틸, 목재, 스틸과 목재 혼용 방식으로 제작할 수 할 수 있으며 상기에 따라 선택 적용된 구조틀을 형성하는 방법과,
선택된 구조틀을 해당 건축공법에 따라 적용 부위를 벽체와 지붕체 중에서 선택 적용하며, 선택 방법으로는 벽체와 지붕체를 같이 적용하는 일체형 적용방식과 벽체만 적용하는 방식, 지붕체만 적용하는 방식으로 나눌 수 있다.
구조체의 골조 형성 완료 후 발포폼 충진용 구조체에는 내외부면에 난연성 보드류를 붙임 고정하여 발포폼 충진에 따른 공간을 확보하며 외부면에는 필요시 몰탈 등으로 별도 보강처리 할 수 있다.
형성된 건축물의 발포폼 충진 구조체의 내부 공간에 본 발명의 특징인 친환경 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼으로 충진한다.
충진이 마무리 되면 내외장 마감재로 최종 마감처리 하는 방식에 관한 것으로서 본 발명은 발포폼 충진이 가능한 골조 구조체 형성 방법과 그 형성된 구조체 내부에 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼을 충진하여 건축물을 축조하는 건축공법이며 건축의 중요사항인 내구성, 단열성, 가격 저렴성, 환경성, 시공성, 내수성, 경량성, 견고성, 화재 유독가스 저감성, 방음성, 쾌적성, 지진대비, 폐기물 발생 저감 등을 충분히 고려하여 특징적 사항들을 안출하였으며 녹색환경에 맞는 에너지 절감, 친환경 자재를 통한 인체 건강성, 적정한 자재 사용과 시공성 향상을 통한 건축 공사비 절감 등이 가능한 경제성과 효율성이 매우 뛰어난 실속형의 건축공법에 관한 것이다.
Description
* 도 2는 본 고안에 따른 A타입으로 기초위에 설치된 벽면 구조체로 구조틀 양면에 보드 부착하고 외부면 보강처리와 양면에 마감재가 설치된 단면도이다
* 도 3은 본 고안에 따른 A타입으로 벽면 또는 지붕체 구조체로 구조틀 양면에 보드 부착하고 외부면 보강처리와 양면에 마감재가 설치된 사시도이다
* 도 4는 본 고안에 따른 B타입으로 벽면 또는 지붕체 구조체로 구조틀 양면에 보드 부착하고 외부면 보강처리와 양면에 마감재가 설치된 사시도이다
* 도 5는 본 고안에 따른 C타입으로 벽면 또는 지붕체 구조체로 구조틀 양면에 보드 부착하고 외부면 보강처리와 양면에 마감재가 설치된 사시도이다.
* 도 6은 본 고안에 따른 D타입으로 벽면 또는 지붕체 구조체로 도5의 구조틀의 구조재를 통상의 ㄷ자형 스틸 구조재로 형성하고 양면에 보드 부착하고 외부면 보강처리와 양면에 마감재가 설치된 사시도이다.

- 벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조틀을 스틸자재로 형성하는 방법,
벽체 또는 지붕체 구조틀의 양쪽에 보드를 부착하여 구조체에 내부 공간을 형성하는 방법,
벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조체 내부 공간에 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼을 충진하여 단열성 및 방음성이 확보된 구조체를 형성하는 방법,
상기 방법을 특징으로 하는 건축물 벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조체 내부에 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼을 충진하여 구조체를 형성하는 건축공법 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 따른 벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조체에 관해서 구조틀을 목재로 하여 형성된 구조체 내부에 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼을 충진하여 구조체를 형성하는 건축공법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 따른 벽체 또는 지붕체의 구조체에 관해서 구조틀을 스틸과 목재를 혼용하여 형성된 구조체 내부에 난연성 수성 연질 발포폼을 충진하여 구조체를 형성하는 건축공법
