Claims (4)
- 음식물류 폐기물을 퇴비화하여 얻어진 음식물 퇴비를 쌀겨, 톱밥, 폐면, 면실피, 볏짚, 콘코프, 사탕수수, 비트펄프 및 면실박으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 배지 원료에 첨가하여 얻어진 버섯 재배 배지에 버섯 균주를 접종하여 버섯을 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 재배 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
음식물류 폐기물을 퇴비화하여 얻어진 음식물 퇴비를 쌀겨, 톱밥, 폐면, 면실피, 볏짚, 콘코프, 사탕수수, 비트펄프 및 면실박으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 배지 원료와 혼합하여 혼합 배지를 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합 배지의 수분 함량을 60~65중량%로 조절하는 단계;
상기 수분 함량이 조절된 배지를 살균 또는 멸균하는 단계;
상기 살균 또는 멸균된 배지에 버섯 균주를 접종한 후 균사체를 배양하는 단계; 및
상기 배양된 균사체를 자실체로 성숙시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 재배 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 배지는 상기 음식물 퇴비를 5 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 재배 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 재배된 버섯.
