Abstract
본 발명에 의한 열교환기 구조는, 하나의 관(pipe)으로 이루어지며, 다수 회 절곡되어 냉매의 유동을 안내하는 냉매파이프(100)와; 상기 냉매파이프(100)의 일면에 접하여, 냉매의 열기를 발산시키는 다수의 제1방열핀(110)과; 상기 제1방열핀(110)과 대응되는 형상을 가지며, 상기 냉매파이프(100)의 다른 일면에 접하여 냉매의 열기를 발산시키는 다수의 제2방열핀(120)과; 상기 제1방열핀(110)과 제2방열핀(120)이 서로 체결되도록 하는 체결수단; 등으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 작업능률과 열교환 효율이 향상되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 하나의 관(pipe)으로 이루어지며, 다수 회 절곡되어 냉매의 유동을 안내하는 냉매파이프(100)와;
상기 냉매파이프(100)의 일면에 접하여, 냉매의 열기를 발산시키는 다수의 제1방열핀(110)과;
상기 제1방열핀(110)과 대응되는 형상을 가지며, 상기 냉매파이프(100)의 다른 일면에 접하여 냉매의 열기를 발산시키는 다수의 제2방열핀(120)과;
상기 제1방열핀(110)과 제2방열핀(120)이 서로 체결되도록 하는 체결수단;을 포함하는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1방열핀(110)은,
상기 냉매파이프(100)에 대하여 수직으로 설치되는 제1방열부(112)와, 상기 제1방열부(112)에 대하여 수직으로 벤딩 형성되는 제1결합부(114)를 포함하며;
상기 제2방열핀(120)은,
상기 냉매파이프(100)에 대하여 수직으로 설치되는 제2방열부(122)와, 상기 제2방열부(122)에 대하여 수직으로 벤딩 형성되는 제2결합부(124)를 포함하며;
상기 제1방열부(112)와 제2방열부(122)는 서로 대향되도록 설치되고, 상기 제1결합부(114)와 제2결합부(124)는 서로 밀착되어 고정됨;을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 구조. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은,
상기 제1방열핀(110) 또는 제2방열핀(120) 중 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되어, 벤딩(bending)에 의해 제1방열핀(110)과 제2방열핀(120)을 서로 밀착 고정되도록 하는 체결부(140) 또는 버링부(150)임을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 구조. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은,
상기 제1결합부(114)와 제2결합부(124)가, 용접 또는 접착제에 의해 서로 부착되도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 구조. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제1방열핀(110) 또는 제2방열핀(120)은, 연결봉(130)에 의해 결합되며;
상기 제1방열부(112)와 제2방열부(122)에는, 상기 냉매파이프(100)의 일부가 수용되는 파이프홈(116,126)이 각각 서로 대칭되게 형성됨;을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 구조.
