Description

배관 누설부 차단장치 및 시공방법{A PIPE LEAK AREA REPAIR TOOL AND METHOD} Pipe Leakage Breaker and Construction Method {A PIPE LEAK AREA REPAIR TOOL AND METHOD}
The present invention relates to a pipe leakage blocking device, and more particularly, to a leakage blocking device for promptly performing temporary measures while maintaining the power plant operation when a leaking portion is found in the pipe during operation of the power plant. .
In general, combined cycle power generation uses fuels such as natural gas or diesel to turn the gas turbine first, and heats the exhaust gas from the gas turbine back to the boiler to produce steam. will be. Combined cycle power generation generates power twice, which has the advantage of 10% higher thermal efficiency, less pollution, and shorter operation time.
In addition, the combined cycle power generator generates electricity by turning a turbine-generator using steam obtained by burning fuel, and heats the heating water using steam that passes through the turbine to the district heating such as an apartment. It can also be used.
On the other hand, the flow rate and control of the plurality of storage tanks in the degassing process of the combined cycle power plant is made, the deaerator (Dearator) to remove the impurities contained in the stored condensate to send to the boiler side to perform a function The drainage pipe containing the flow control valve is connected to the deaerator by welding.
However, if leakage occurs at the joint where each pipe is welded, it is necessary to perform welding to maintain the leaked part, but water remaining in the system is continuously leaked, which makes the welding operation impossible.
Therefore, when leakage occurs at the welding site of the drain pipe, there is a problem in that a huge cost loss must occur because the entire operation of the power generation facility must be stopped to maintain the leakage site.
An object of the present invention is to provide a leakage blocking device and a construction method thereof that can effectively maintain the leak when the leak occurs at the connection portion of the conventional degassing drainage pipe.
The present invention for achieving the above object, the first flange and the second flange which is provided in pairs in the form of a semi-circle, so as to cover the pipe leakage portion; A discharge pipe integrally connected to the second flange; Characterized in that the configuration including; opening and closing valve for opening and closing the flow path of the discharge pipe.
In the present invention, when the leakage occurs due to the defect of the welding site existing during the construction of the power plant, it is possible to take temporary measures by using the flange structure without blocking the reactor output, and the normal welding of the leakage portion during the planned prevention period of the power plant that does not produce electricity. It shows the effect that recovery can take place.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, referring to the configuration of the leakage blocking device according to the present embodiment through FIGS. 1 to 4, the first flange 10 and the second flange 20 forming a semicircular shape to surround the pipe 1 are paired. The discharge pipe 30 is connected to the second flange 20 side of the second flange 20, the on-off valve 40 for opening and closing the flow path is configured at the stop of the discharge pipe 30, the leakage flow rate at one end of the discharge pipe 30 Guide hose 50 for guiding the sewage pipe is configured.
With reference to the flow chart of Figure 5 will be described with respect to the pipe leakage measure process using the present invention leakage blocking device forming such a structure.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, when the leaking portion 2 is generated at the welding connection portion of the pipe 1 through which the system flows, the temporary blocking action is performed by using the leakage blocking device of the present invention without stopping the generator operation. Will be implemented.
That is, at this time, by positioning the second flange 20 to correspond to the leaking portion 2 of the pipe 1, the system water leaking through the leaking portion 2 can be guided through the discharge pipe 30, At this time, the opening and closing valve 40 is to achieve a state in which the discharge pipe 30 flow path opened.
In this way, after the second flange 20 is first attached to one side of the pipe 1, the first flange 10 is continuously attached to the other side of the pipe 1, and then welding is performed to perform the welding operation of FIGS. 3 and 4. As in the welding portion (S) to achieve a state in which the first and second flanges 10 and 20 are integrally coupled to the pipe 1.
When the temporary leakage portion of the leakage blocking device of the present invention is completed as described above, the internal flow path of the discharge pipe 30 is blocked by turning the on / off valve 40 to prevent the discharge of system water.
Therefore, the temporary interruption of the leakage part 2 of the piping 1 is made, and it does not affect generator operation.
On the other hand, since the generator operation is stopped during the planned preventive maintenance period of the power plant during the generator operation in such a temporary shut-off state, when the generator operation is stopped, at this time, after disassembling the leakage blocking device of the present invention, the pipe leakage part 2 normally It will be repaired by welding.
That is, in this case, the open / close valve 40 is opened to discharge the system water accumulated in the discharge pipe 30 to the outside, and the first and second flanges 10 and 20 welded to the pipe 1 are separated. .
In this way, even if the leakage blocking device is temporarily disconnected, since the generator operation is stopped, the leakage through the leakage part 2 does not occur anymore, and at this time, the leakage part 2 is normally welded and prevented. will be.
On the other hand, Figures 6 to 8 show a leakage blocking device structure according to another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 6 is an enlarged view of the coupling portion between the first and second flanges 10,20, Figure 7 is a first 2 is a plan sectional view of the coupling portion 1 of the pipes 10 and 20, and FIG. 8 is a side cross-sectional view of the coupling portion 1 of the first flange 10, respectively.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 by forming the stepped portion 12, 22 of the multi-stage type in the coupling portion between the first and second flanges (10, 20), the contact area between each other can be increased. In addition, the airtightness of the coupling portion between the flanges is preferably increased.
In particular, due to the structure of the stepped portion 12, 22 it can be maximized the leakage blocking effect through the coupling portion.
6 and 8, airtight packings 11 and 21 are formed on the upper and lower inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second flanges 10 and 20, respectively. It is desirable to be able to increase the leakage phenomenon through the welding portion can be prevented.
In addition, as shown in Figure 7 by providing a thin film of the airtight film 13 on one flange (10, 20) to increase the airtightness of the coupling portion between the first and second flanges (10, 20), Leakage blocking effect can be improved.
In addition, although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described and illustrated above, it is obvious that the structure of the leakage shield of the present invention may be variously modified and implemented by those skilled in the art.
