Claims (4)
- 제1 내경부 및 상기 제1 내경부 보다 작은 내경의 제2 내경부를 포함하는 작동 튜브;
상기 제1 내경부의 내경에 상응하는 외경을 가져, 상기 제1 내경부의 내면을 따라 습동하는 피스톤밸브; 및
상기 제2 내경부에 상응하는 외경을 가져, 상기 제2 내경부의 내면을 따라 습동하는 완충피스톤을 포함하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 내경부는, 상기 쇽업소버의 풀 범프가 일어날 때 상기 완충피스톤과 상호 작용하도록, 상기 작동 튜브의 하부에 위치하며,
상기 완충피스톤은 상기 제2 내경부에 있을 때 유체의 흐름을 허용하도록 관통홀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 내경부는 상기 쇽업소버의 풀 범프(full bump)가 일어나는 상기 작동 튜브의 하부에 위치하며,
상기 제2 내경부에는 상기 완충피스톤과 면하는 슬릿이 길이 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 제 1 내경부는 상기 실린더 튜브의 내부면에 의해 형성되고, 상기 제 2 내경부는 상기 작동 튜브의 하부에 삽입된 중공튜브의 내부면에 의해 형성되며, 상기 제1 내경부의 하부에는 상기 피스톤밸브와 함께 감쇠력을 발생시키는 바디밸브가 설치되며, 상기 작동 튜브를 둘러싸는 베이스쉘이 상기 바디밸브에 결합되며, 상기 피스톤밸브와 상기 완충피스톤은 스페이서에 의해 이격된 채 하나의 피스톤로드에 공통적으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
