Description

LED 조명등용 반사판{Reflection plate of LED lighting lamp}Reflector for LED lighting lamps {Reflection plate of LED lighting lamp}

The present invention relates to an LED lamp, and more particularly, to a light reflecting plate for an LED lamp installed in a tunnel to provide improved uniformity and road roughness by allowing the light emitted from the LED module to be irradiated relatively asymmetrically toward the road surface. will be.

또한 최근에는 LED 조명등은 가로등이나 터널등으로 그 사용 영역이 확대되고 있다.Lighting lamps using light emitting diodes (LEDs) replace conventional fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, mercury lamps, sodium lamps, and metal lamps. In recent years, the use of LED lighting has been extended to streetlights and tunnels.

LED lighting used as a tunnel light has the advantage that it is possible to consume less power, longer life and close to natural light than conventional lighting.

However, since the light emitted from the LED module of the LED lamp has a strong straightness, the area that can be illuminated by the LED module has a narrow problem. In addition, since the light distribution shape of the LED lamp is close to a circle, as shown in FIG. Uniformity ratio of illuminance is low, and road surface roughness also has bad problems.

As such, the conventional LED lamps have a low leveling and poor road surface roughness, which may act as a detrimental factor to the driver's driving time and interfere with the safe driving of the tunnel.

Of course, by increasing the number of LED lamps installed in the tunnel and reducing the distance between the LED lamps, the uniformity and road surface roughness can be improved, but in this case, the installation cost due to the installation of many LED lamps increases, and the use of the LED lamps The power saving effect can be halved.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a reflector for LED lamps that can improve the uniformity and road surface roughness while being disposed at intervals for installing the LED lamps as before.

First embodiment

Reflective plate 10 for LED lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, including a reflector plate 12 and a reflector 14 formed in the reflector plate body 12 It is composed.

Reflector body 12 has a rectangular plate shape, the material may be a metal or hard plastic material.

In addition, the reflector 14 is concave inwardly formed on one surface of the reflector body 12 to form the reflective space 16, and the LED module 30 is installed below the reflective space 16. That is, the reflector 14 is formed in a pocket shape inward from the central portion of the reflector body 12. In this case, the LED module 30 may be installed to be slightly deflected in the -X axis direction at the center portion of the bottom surface of the reflective space 16. A reflective coating layer may be formed on the reflective surface of the reflector 14 to effectively reflect the light generated by the LED module 30.

In particular, the reflector 14 is formed longer in the longitudinal direction of the road surface than in the width direction of the road surface, and the reflection angle θ 2 of one of the surfaces facing each other in the width direction of the road surface is larger. In addition, the reflector 14 has reflection angles θ 3 and θ 4 of the surfaces facing in the longitudinal direction of the road surface greater than reflection angles θ 1 and θ 2 of the surfaces facing each other in the width direction of the road surface. At this time, the width direction of the road surface corresponds to the X-axis direction, the longitudinal direction of the road surface corresponds to the Y-axis direction.

As described above, the reflector 14 of the reflector 10 according to the first embodiment is formed to be longer in the longitudinal direction than the width direction of the road surface, and the reflection angle θ 2 of one of the surfaces facing each other in the width direction of the road surface. Is larger and the reflection angles (θ 3 , θ 4 ) of the surfaces facing in the longitudinal direction of the road surface are larger than the reflection angles (θ 1 , θ 2 ) of the surfaces facing each other in the width direction of the road surface, thereby providing LED lighting lamps as before. To improve the uniformity while installing the LED lighting lamp according to the first embodiment in the tunnel at intervals to install the light, and to improve the road roughness by allowing the light generated from the LED module 30 to be irradiated relatively asymmetrically toward the road surface. Can be. That is, by forming the reflection angle (θ 2) of one side of the surface facing each other in the width direction of the road surface is larger, the reflection angle (θ 1) is generated from the LED module 30 toward a large reflection angle (θ 2) than the smaller The light can be irradiated relatively much asymmetrically. In addition, the reflector 14 is formed longer in the longitudinal direction than the width direction of the road surface, the reflection angle (θ 3 , θ 4 ) of the surface facing in the longitudinal direction of the road surface reflection angle of the surface facing each other in the width direction of the road surface ( By forming larger than θ 1 , θ 2 ), while the light emitted from the LED module 30 is distributed long in the longitudinal direction of the road surface, the LED lamp according to the first embodiment is arranged at intervals of installing the LED lamp as before. It can improve the leveling system.

The reflective plate 10 according to the first embodiment will be described in detail as follows.

The reflective plate 10 according to the first embodiment may be manufactured by a stamping method, a molding method, or the like. The first reflecting portion 11 is formed on one side in the width direction of the road surface. The second reflector 13 is disposed to face the first reflector 11 and is formed to be shorter than the first reflector 11. The plurality of third reflectors 15 are connected to each other to connect one side of the first and second reflectors 11 and 13. The plurality of fourth reflectors 17 are connected to each other to connect the other sides of the first and second reflectors 11 and 13. In particular, the maximum distance between the third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 is longer than the length of the first reflector 11. The reflection angle θ 2 of the second reflector 13 is greater than the reflection angle θ 1 of the first reflector 11. The reflection angles θ 3 and θ 4 of the third and fourth reflection parts 15 and 17 are larger than the reflection angles θ 2 of the second reflection parts 13.

In this case, the first to fourth reflectors 11, 13, 15, and 17 are formed to have inclined reflecting surfaces reflecting light generated from the LED module 30, and the first to fourth reflectors 11, 13. The reflective surfaces of 15 and 17 may be formed in one of flat or curved surfaces, respectively. In the first embodiment, an example in which the reflective surfaces of the first to fourth reflective parts 11, 13, 15, and 17 are formed in a plane is disclosed. Meanwhile, in the first embodiment, an example in which the reflective surface is formed in a plane is disclosed, but the reflective surface may be formed in a curved stepped shape. The reflective space 16 is formed in a shape that narrows from the front to the rear of the reflector plate body 12.

The first and second reflecting plates 11 and 13 are formed to face each other in the Y-axis direction, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the road surface, and may be formed in parallel.

The imaginary line 21 connecting the maximum distance between the third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 is located closer to the first reflector 11 than to the second reflector 13. The reason for forming the third and fourth reflecting portions 15 and 17 as described above is based on the reflection space portion formed by the second to fourth reflecting portions 13, 15 and 17 around the imaginary line 21. This is to make it larger than the reflection space portion formed by the first, third and fourth reflecting portions 11, 15, and 17 so that the second reflecting portion 13 can be distributed more in the direction in which it is arranged. Accordingly, the reflector 14 distributes the light more in the -X axis direction in which the second reflector 13 is disposed than in the X axis direction in which the first reflector 11 is disposed around the Y axis.

The third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 may be formed to be symmetrical to each other. The reason why the third and fourth reflecting portions 15 and 17 are formed symmetrically is that the length of the road surface, that is, the length direction of the tunnel when the LED lighting lamp according to the first embodiment is installed in at least one row in the tunnel. This is to ensure uniform light distribution on both sides. That is, the third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 may be formed symmetrically with respect to each other, so that the third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 may be symmetrically distributed on both sides of the X-axis direction.

For example, the reflecting surfaces of the first to fourth reflecting portions 11, 13, 15, and 17 of the reflecting plate 10 according to the first embodiment are flat, and the third and fourth reflecting portions 15 and 17 are respectively It may include two reflectors. In this case, the reflector 14 may be formed such that the first to fourth reflectors 11, 13, 15, and 17 form a hexagon. The reflection angle θ 1 of the first reflector 11 is 13 to 17 degrees, the reflection angle θ 2 of the second reflector 13 is 20 to 24 degrees, and the third and fourth reflectors 15, The reflection angles θ 3 and θ 4 of 17) may be formed to be 23 to 27 degrees.

The reason for forming the first to fourth reflective parts 11, 13, 15, and 17 in the above-described angular range is as follows.

When the reflection angle θ 1 of the first reflecting portion 11 is 13 degrees or less, the ratio of light distribution toward the first reflecting portion 11 is further reduced compared to the second reflecting portion 13, so that the inner wall of the tunnel This darkening can cause the leveling agent to fall. On the other hand, when the reflection angle θ 1 of the first reflecting portion 11 is 17 degrees or more, the ratio of light distribution toward the first reflecting portion 11 is further increased as compared with the second reflecting portion 13, which is necessary. As the tunnel side gets brighter, road roughness may drop.

When the reflection angle θ 2 of the second reflector 13 is 20 degrees or less, since the light distribution ratio toward the second reflector 13 is reduced, road surface roughness may decrease. On the other hand, when the reflection angle θ 2 of the second reflector 13 is 24 degrees or more, the center portion of the road surface may become bright, but the inner wall of the tunnel including the edge portion of the road surface may darken, resulting in a decrease in uniformity.

In addition, when the reflection angles θ 3 and θ 4 of the third and fourth reflection parts 15 and 17 are 23 degrees or less, the width of light distribution in the longitudinal direction of the road surface is reduced, so that the uniformity may be reduced. On the other hand, when the reflection angles θ 3 and θ 4 of the third and fourth reflectors 15 and 17 are 27 degrees or more, the width of light distribution in the longitudinal direction of the road surface increases, so that road surface roughness is relatively high. Can fall.

Looking at the light distribution curve of the LED lamp using the reflector 10 according to the first embodiment, as shown in Figs. 2 and 5, the second reflector 13 is compared to the first reflector 11 It can be seen that the light is distributed more in the arranged direction. In this case, the first reflector 11 is located on the right side, and the second reflector 13 is located on the left side.

Next, a light distribution state of the tunnel 40 in which the LED lamp 100 using the reflector 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the LED lamp 200 using the reflector of the circular shape according to the comparative example are installed, It was confirmed through simulations of FIGS. 6 and 7. At this time, the LED lamp 100 according to the first embodiment is installed in two rows on the ceiling of the tunnel 40, the second reflecting portion of the reflecting plate toward the center of the road surface 50, the first reflecting portion of the road surface 50 Placed facing the edge. The LED lamps 100 and 200 according to the first embodiment and the comparative example were installed at equal intervals on the ceiling of the tunnel 40.

As a result, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, it can be seen that the LED lamp 100 in the first embodiment is improved in uniformity and road surface roughness compared to the LED lamp 200 according to the comparative example.

That is, in the case of the comparative example, as shown in Figure 7, looking at the inner wall of the tunnel 40, the difference in brightness between the position between the LED lamp 200 and the position between the LED lamp 200 is severely generated by the wave pattern It can be confirmed that it is formed. On the other hand, in the case of the first embodiment, as shown in Figure 6, compared to the comparative example it can be seen that the difference in brightness between the position between the LED lamp 100 and the position between the LED lamp 100 hardly occurs. have.

6 and 7, the road surface 50 of the tunnel 40 in which the LED lamp 100 according to the first embodiment is installed is brighter. That is, the second reflecting portion of the reflecting plate of the LED lighting lamp 100 according to the first embodiment installed in two rows on the ceiling of the tunnel 40 faces toward the center of the road surface 50, thereby making it second to the first reflecting portion. It can be seen that the road surface 50 is brighter because more light is distributed in the direction in which the reflector is disposed. That is, compared to the LED lamp 200 according to the comparative example, the LED lamp 100 according to the first embodiment, asymmetrically formed the first reflecting portion and the second reflecting portion and the distance between the first and second reflecting portion In comparison, the distance between the third and fourth reflecting portions is formed to increase the area of light distribution toward the wall surface of the tunnel 40 while moving the light distribution toward the wall surface of the tunnel 40 toward the road surface 50. Will be improved.

On the other hand, although the example which formed the reflecting surface of the reflecting part in the plane was disclosed in 1st Example, it is not limited to this. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the reflective surfaces of the third and fourth reflectors 115 and 117 may be formed in a curved surface.

Referring to FIG. 8, the reflecting plate 110 according to the second embodiment includes a reflecting plate body 112 and a reflecting unit 114, and half of the third and fourth reflecting units 115 and 117 of the reflecting unit 114. Except that the slope is formed in a curved surface has the same structure as the reflecting plate (10 in FIG. 2) according to the first embodiment. In this case, the reflective surfaces of the third and fourth reflective parts 115 and 117 may be formed to be convex outward from the center of the reflective space 116.

In the second embodiment, an example in which reflective surfaces of the third and fourth reflecting portions 115 and 117 are formed in a curved surface is disclosed, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the reflecting surface of the first or second reflecting portion may be formed into a curved surface.

Third to Sixth Embodiments

Meanwhile, in the first and second embodiments, an example implemented in the form of one cell of a reflector is disclosed, but is not limited thereto. In this case, although the strip reflector plates 210 and 310 according to the third and fourth embodiments have disclosed an example in which the plurality of unit reflector plates 10 are arranged in the same form, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, in the strip reflector 410 according to the fifth embodiment, a plurality of unit reflector 10 is arranged in four rows and ten rows. In particular, the unit reflectors 10a of the first and second rows are arranged in the same direction, and the unit reflectors 10b of the third and fourth rows are arranged in the same direction. However, the unit reflectors 10a of the 1st and 2nd rows and the unit reflectors 10b of the 3rd and 4th rows are arranged to face each other.

In addition, the strip reflector 210 according to the third embodiment has disclosed an example in which the unit reflector 10 is arranged in two rows and ten rows, but is not limited thereto.
