Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 브래킷의 프레임 내부에 충격을 압축 변형되며 흡수하는 충격흡수부재가 구비되어 철도차량 간의 충돌 시에 타오름 현상을 방지함과 동시에 타오름 방지부재로부터 전달되는 충격을 충격흡수부재의 균일한 압축 변형을 통해 안정적으로 흡수할 수 있다.

도 2는 종래의 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치에 의해 철도차량 간의 충돌 시에 철도차량의 타오름 현상이 방지되는 것을 보여주는 도면,
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치의 사시도,
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치의 측면도,

Claims (6)
- 내부가 빈 관 형상으로 구비되는 프레임 및 상기 프레임의 일단부에 직각으로 구비되어 철도차량의 전방면 또는 후방면에 고정 설치되는 플랜지를 포함하는 브래킷;
일면에 상기 철도차량의 타오름을 방지하도록 수평으로 복수의 선형 홈이 형성되며, 그 타면은 상기 프레임의 타단부에 결합되어 상기 복수의 선형 홈이 상기 철도차량의 전방측 또는 후방측을 향하게 구비되는 타오름 방지부재; 및
상기 프레임의 내부에 구비되어 상기 타오름 방지부재로부터 전달되는 충격을 압축 변형되며 흡수하는 충격흡수부재;
를 포함하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충격흡수부재는,
상기 프레임과 나란하게 수평으로 구비되는 관 형상의 충격흡수체; 및
상기 충격흡수체의 측부에 구비되며 그 외측 끝단부는 상기 프레임의 내면에 고정되어 상기 프레임의 내부에서 상기 충격흡수체를 지지하는 복수의 지지체;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 지지체는,
중심부에 상기 충격흡수체가 직각으로 결합된 플레이트 형상으로 구비되며, 그 외주의 끝단부가 상기 프레임의 내면에 고정 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 프레임은 그 단면 형상이 소정의 다각형의 모양으로 구비되고,
상기 복수의 지지체는 상기 프레임의 내부를 바라볼 때 상기 다각형의 각 모서리부가 모따기 또는 라운드 형태로 제거된 모양으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 충격흡수체는,
그 내부를 바라보는 방향을 기준으로, 그 중심에 대해 대칭으로 복수의 홀이 측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타오름 방지부재는,
상기 프레임의 타단부에 직각으로 구비되는 플랜지부에 그 타면이 접촉 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 타오름 방지장치.
