Abstract
본 고안에 따른 초음파 융착기는 진동장치(34)와 혼(35)의 중간부에 연결되는 부스터(33)가 지지통체(31)의 내부에 삽입된 상태로 지지통체(31)의 양단에 결합되는 한쌍의 탄성지지패널(32)에 의해 지지되므로, 부스터(33)가 길이방향으로 신축될 때 탄성지지패널(32)이 탄성변형되면서 부스터(33)를 지지한다. 따라서, 혼(35)과 부스터(33)를 포함한 융착유닛(30) 전체를 견고하면서도 유연하게 지지하여, 부스터(33)나 혼(35)이 신축될 때 발생되는 진동이 장치 전체로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (4)
- 본체(10)와,
상기 본체(10)의 전방에 구비되어 피가공물(1)을 지지하는 지지대(20)와,
상기 본체(10)에 구비되며 지지대(20)에 올려진 피가공물(1)을 가압한 상태에서 고속으로 진동시켜 피가공물(1)을 융착시키는 융착유닛(30)과,
상기 융착유닛(30)에 연결되어 융착유닛(30)을 승강시키는 액츄에이터(40)를 포함하며,
상기 융착유닛(30)은,
전후단이 개방된 공간부(31a)가 형성되며 상기 액츄에이터(40)에 연결된 지지통체(31)와,
금속제의 판형상으로 구성되어 상기 지지통체(31)의 공간부(31a) 전후단에 고정결합되며 중앙부에는 전후면을 관통하는 통공(32a)이 형성되고 둘레면에는 복수개의 절개공(32b)이 형성된 한쌍의 탄성지지패널(32)과,
전후방향으로 길고 기단부에 비해 선단부의 체적이 작은 금속 봉형태로 구성되어 상기 지지통체(31)의 공간부(31a) 내부에 삽입되며 전후단이 상기 탄성지지패널(32)에 지지되는 부스터(33)와,
상기 부스터(33)의 기단부에 결합된 진동장치(34)와,
상기 부스터(33)의 선단부에 결합된 혼(35)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(40)는 상기 본체(10)의 내부 양측에 상하방향으로 연장되도록 설치된 가이드레일(41)과, 상기 가이드레일(41)에 승강가능하게 결합되며 중앙부에는 상기 지지통체(31)가 결합되는 결합공(42a)이 형성된 승강블록(42)과, 상기 승강블록(42)의 하부에 연결 승강블록(42)을 승강시키는 에어실린더(43)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 지지통체(31)와 결합공(42a)은 전후방향으로 긴 원통형으로 구성되어 융착유닛(30)을 액츄에이터(40)에 결합한 상태에서 측방향으로 회전시켜 혼(35)의 각도를 조절할 수 있으며, 상기 승강블록(42)의 전면에는 호형상의 눈금(42c)이 형성되어 지지통체(31) 또는 혼(35)의 회전각도를 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 승강블록(42)에 구비되며 선단부가 상기 혼(35)의 상부로 연장되는 브라켓(50)과, 상기 브라켓(50)의 선단부에 상하방향으로 관통하도록 결합되며 하단부가 상기 혼(35)의 상면에 밀착되는 지지볼트(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착기.
