Description
The present invention relates to a multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power plant discharge water or surface water, and more particularly, power plant discharge water used as deep sea water and vaporized hot water used as cooling water for condensation in a marine temperature differential power generation cycle, or The present invention relates to a multi-stage cycle type marine thermal power generation system using deep seawater and power discharge or surface water that can increase power generation efficiency by using a small amount of deep seawater compared to the existing marine temperature difference generation cycle.
In general, ocean temperature difference generation is a power generation system that generates electricity by using surface water having high water temperature and deep water having low water temperature as vaporization heat and condensation heat, respectively. For economical ocean temperature development, a large amount of surface water and deep water must be secured continuously.
Surface water is heated by solar heat and is affected by seasons and geographical areas. Therefore, it is difficult to secure surface water of high temperature year round in countries like Korea. In Korea, temperature difference generation is possible because the water temperature exceeds about 25 ℃ only in summer.
On the other hand, the surface water temperature near the equator exceeds 25 ° C throughout the year, making it possible to commercialize temperature differential power generation. In Korea, however, many thermal and nuclear power plants are located along the coast, and the power plants emit millions of tons of high-temperature discharged water per day.
Plant discharges, although seasonally variable, are usually discharged at high water temperatures of 25-35 ° C, which can be easily utilized for temperature differentials. Deep seawater, which is used as cooling water, exists almost indefinitely on the east coast of Korea, and can be used as cooling water for temperature difference generation because it shows water temperature below 2 ℃. If hot water using power plant discharge water and cold water using deep sea water are used for the generation of ocean temperature difference, commercial power generation may be possible because a water temperature difference of 25 ° C or more occurs.
The biggest problem with ocean temperature differentials is the need for hot and cold water in large quantities. It is difficult to secure a large amount of deep sea water that is used as cooling water, while power plant discharges can secure a large amount of hot water of more than millions of tons per day. While water intake pipes for ingesting deep sea water are currently the largest diameter in Korea at around 500 mm in diameter, large diameter intake pipes with a diameter of more than 3000 mm are required for the development of commercial ocean temperature differences.
Therefore, in order to improve the economic efficiency while increasing the efficiency of ocean temperature differential power generation, the process of developing a large diameter water intake pipe that can take a large amount of deep seawater or developing a cycle that can be effectively utilized when utilizing the deep seawater as cooling water This is necessary. Currently, the developed marine temperature differential power generation cycle has a problem of low power generation efficiency and economic feasibility because only a simple first cycle is applied even when power plant discharge water and deep sea water are used.
In addition, since the deep sea water is clean and eutrophic seawater can be used for aquaculture, but there is a disadvantage that the water temperature is very low to be used for aquaculture after heating. Although it can be used directly for Hanhaeseong fish species, the algae and general fish species have a disadvantage in terms of energy cost in order to utilize the deep ocean water of 2 ℃ for aquaculture, since the optimum water temperature is 15-20 ℃.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, by using the deep sea water of low capacity to use the cooling water in the marine temperature differential power cycle cycle to utilize the cooling water in multiple stages to increase the economics and power generation efficiency The purpose is to provide a multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power plant discharge water or surface water.
In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power plant discharge water or surface water to utilize deep sea water utilized as cooling water in other industries.
In the multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power discharge or surface water according to the present invention, after converting the working fluid into steam through a carburetor supplied with power discharge or surface water, the converted steam drives a turbine to generate power. Steam produced and produced by the turbine is liquefied in the condenser by deep sea water, and a power generation cycle circulated by a pump is installed in multiple stages; In order to supply the deep sea water passing through the condenser of the first power generation cycle to the condenser of the other power generation cycle, a water pipe is installed in communication with the condenser.
The multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power discharge or surface water according to the present invention can increase power generation efficiency by using a relatively small amount of deep sea water cooling water in an environment capable of utilizing a large amount of power discharge or surface water. In addition, since the cooling water capacity required for power generation is reduced, the size of the deep sea water intake facility used as the cooling water is relatively reduced.
In addition, considering that the ratio of the intake facility for cooling water intake is very high in constructing the ocean temperature difference generation system, the present invention is expected to be able to economically construct a highly efficient temperature difference generation system at low cost, and to use it as cooling water. Since deep seawater has cleanliness and eutrophicity, it can be used for aquaculture to contribute to the clean fisheries industry.

As shown in FIG. 1, the multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power discharge or surface water according to the present invention converts a working fluid into steam through a
In particular, the
The
The
The heated power plant discharge or surface water is sent to the intake pipe (7) to the vaporization vaporizer (1) to send steam to make a low boiling working fluid into steam, the power of the steam to drive the turbine (2) to generate electricity. The steam driven by the
After generating power in the first power generation cycle, deep sea water is discharged after being used as cooling water, and the discharged water exits the first power generation cycle with water temperature of about 8 ~ 10 ℃. At this time, the coolant used in the first power generation cycle may be transferred to the second power generation cycle by the
The secondary power generation cycle consists of a carburetor (1), a condenser (3), a turbine (2), and a pump (4), and uses new power plant discharge water or surface water and uses power plant discharge water or surface water at 25 to 35 ° C. Utilizes deep ocean water of about 8 ~ 10 ℃ water temperature discharged after cooling water in the first power generation cycle.
Although the water temperature difference is smaller than that of the primary power generation cycle, the water temperature difference is about 17 ° C., so that it is a region capable of sufficiently generating power. In a similar way, the deep seawater used in the second generation cycle can increase the generation efficiency by utilizing the third, fourth and nth generation cycles.
In other words, by using the deep sea water collected once as cooling water n times, it is possible to increase power generation efficiency and increase economic efficiency by generating n times.
In general, ocean temperature difference power generation is the ratio of hot water: cold water is composed of 1: 1, if the first generation can be achieved, if the deep sea water is reused as in the present invention, the ratio of hot water: cold water is composed of n: 1 The generation efficiency is much larger than the ocean temperature difference generation.
Power plant discharge water or surface water can be easily secured with a sufficient amount of water at a low cost, while the economical and efficient power generation through the present invention can be achieved because a lot of economic costs are consumed to take the deep sea water.
As shown in FIG. 2, the multi-stage cycle type marine temperature differential power generation system using deep ocean water and power discharge or surface water according to the present invention converts a working fluid into steam through a
In particular, a power generation cycle consisting of a
Meanwhile, since the second embodiment of the present invention is mostly the same as the configuration of the first embodiment except for using a single turbine, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
After the vaporization using the condenser (3), the pump (4), the carburetor (1) in the nth power generation cycle, the turbine (2) can be generated by the turbine (2) used in the first power generation cycle without configuration. have. Therefore, the
This prevents an increase in economic costs by installing a generator and a turbine redundantly, and can increase the efficiency of the primary power generation cycle by more than 150%.
As shown in FIG. 3, the final power generation cycle among the multi-stage power generation cycles of the two embodiments described above includes a cooling
Deep-water effluents, which are used as cooling water for temperature differential power generation using the first to nth power generation cycles, still have clean and eutrophic properties, while the water temperature has risen to about 20 ° C. Therefore, since the deep sea water with a large amount of clean and eutrophic water will be in an elevated state, the deep sea water with heavy water temperature can be used as a seaweed culture and aquaculture.
When the water temperature of the deep sea water discharged water is measured by the
