Description
Claims (5)
- 내부공간이 격벽에 의하여 건조대상물이 건조되는 건조실과 공기조화실로 구획되는 케이스;상기 격벽의 하측에 형성된 공기 흡입구를 통하여 상기 건조실로부터 상기 공기조화실 내로 유입된 저온 다습한 공기를 제1증발기와 열교환시켜서 제습시키고,, 상기 제습된 공기 또는 외기를 제1실내 응축기와 열교환시켜서 온도를 상승시킨 후, 상기 건조실의 상부로 공급하는 제1히트펌프; 및상기 공기조화실 내에서 공기의 흐름을 유도하는 송풍기를 포함하는 건조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1증발기로부터 유입되는 공기를 제2증발기와 열교환시켜서 추가적으로 제습시키고, 상기 제2증발기에 의하여 제습된 공기 또는 외기를 제2실내 응축기와 열교환시켜서 온도를 상승시킨 후, 상기 제1실내 응축기로 유입시키는 제2히트펌프를 더 포함하고,상기 공기조화실의 하부로부터 상부 방향으로 상기 제1증발기, 상기 제2증발기, 상기 제2실내 응축기 및 상기 제1실내 응축기가 배열되고,상기 송풍기는 하부로부터 상부 방향으로 공기의 흐름을 유도하는 건조장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1히트펌프는, 상기 제1실내 응축기 내에서 응축된 냉매를 외기와 열교환시키서 과냉시키는 제1실외 응축기를 더 포함하고,상기 제2히트펌프는, 상기 제2실내 응축기 내에서 응축된 냉매를 외기와 열교환시키서 과냉시키는 제2실외 응축기를 더 포함하는 건조장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 건조실 내에 배치되며, 측면들에 공기의 유출입을 균일화하도록 다공판 형상의 가이드 베인이 형성되어 있는 건조 캐비닛;상기 건조 캐비닛 내에 배치되며, 건조대상물이 적층되도록 상하를 따라 배열되는 트레이들을 구비하는 대차; 및상기 건조실 내의 공기를 순환시키는 건조실 송풍기를 더 포함하는 건조장치.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,외기 온도가 설정 온도 이하면 상기 제2증발기로부터 상기 제2실내 응축기로의 공기가 흐르게 하고, 외기 온도가 설정 온도 미만이면 상기 제2증발기로부터 유입되는 공기를 외부로 배출하고 외기를 유입하여 상기 제2실내 응축기로 공급하게 하는 댐퍼를 더 포함하는 건조장치.
