Claims (8)
- (a) 캘러스 유도 배지에서 벼의 약으로부터 반수체 캘러스를 유도하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 유도된 반수체 캘러스에 목적유전자를 형질전환 하는 단계; 및(c) 재분화 배지에서 상기 형질전환된 캘러스로부터 형질전환 벼를 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 형질전환 벼의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 반수체 캘러스는 약치상 후 15일 내지 60일에 유도된 캘러스인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 반수체 캘러스는 약치상 후 20일 내지 40일에 유도된 캘러스인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 반수체 캘러스는 약치상 후 20일 내지 25일에 유도된 캘러스인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캘러스 유도 배지는 Yeast extract, 1-나프탈렌아세트산, 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 및 수크로스를 포함하는 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재분화 배지는 1-나프탈렌아세트산, 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산, 아데닌 설페이트, 키네틴 및 수크로스를 포함하는 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 형질전환 벼의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 재분화된 형질전환 벼에서 호모 이배체 벼를 선별하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 형질전환 벼의 제조방법.
- 제7항의 형질전환 벼의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 이배체 형질전환 벼를 원품종의 벼와 여교잡을 하여 체세포변이인자를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 형질전환 벼의 제조방법.
