The pressure control cylinder comprises a pressure control piston(10) which rotates forwardly and reversely so as to ascend and descend along a screw axis(9) of a motor(8) controlled with a controller(7). The pressures of the hydraulic cylinder and the pressure control cylinder increase or decrease in proportion to changes in the volume of the pressure control piston. The tip of the pressure control piston coupled to the pressure control cylinder is formed in a truncated cone shape in order to distribute the repulsive power caused by the pressure rise.
