- 호퍼(1)의 하측에 마련된 분쇄조(10)와;상기 분쇄조(10)의 내부에 다수의 분쇄커터(27)가 상호 맞물리며 회전하도록 병렬설치된 한 쌍의 제1, 제2 크러셔(20)(20a)와;상기 분쇄조(10)의 하단부에 연통하여 형성된 탈수관(31)의 내부에 스크류축(32)이 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 이 스크류축(32)의 선단에 탈수콘(33)이 부착되며, 상기 스크류축(32) 및 탈수콘(33)의 외주연에 이송스크류(34)가 설치되어 음식물쓰레기를 이송과 동시에 압축·탈수하는 스크류 탈수기(30)와;상기 탈수콘(33)의 경사면(35) 선단에 수평상으로 연속하여 형성되고, 외주연에 등간격으로 다수의 분쇄압출홈(42)이 형성된 분쇄롤러(40)와;상기 분쇄롤러(40)의 외측에 배치된 상태로 탈수관(31)의 선단에 부착된 결합플랜지(37)에 고정설치되고, 내주연에 등간격으로 다수의 분쇄압출홈(52)이 형성된 분쇄압출판(50)과;상기 탈수콘(33)에 인접하여 탈수관(31)의 내주연과 동일면을 이루도록 형성된 스크린부(61)의 외측에 오수배출구(62)가 형성되고, 상기 오수배출구(62)의 외측을 감싸게 설치된 집수조(60)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제1, 제2 크러셔(20)(20a)는,분쇄조(10)의 내부에 배치되고, 외주연에 길이방향으로 키홈(21-1)이 형성되며, 양측 고정플랜지(21-2)가 나사 결합된 메인 크러셔축(21)과;상기 키홈(21-1)과 키(27-4)를 매개로 결합되는 키홈(27-5)이 등각으로 회전되게 형성되어 메인 크러셔축(21)에 스페이서(28)를 사이에 두고 등각으로 회전되게 연속적으로 끼움 설치되며, 외측에 다수의 분쇄날(27-1)이 형성된 분쇄커터(27)와;상기 메인 크러셔축(21)의 선단에 형성된 회전방지홈(21-3)에 일측 선단에 형성된 회전방지돌기(25-1)가 끼워지고, 상기 회전방지돌기(25-1)의 외측에 부착된 연결플랜지(25-2)가 고정플랜지(21-2)에 일체로 결합되며, 분쇄조(10)의 양단에 형성된 축지지판(2)을 관통하여 회전가능하게 설치되는 서브 크러셔축(25)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분쇄롤러(40)의 선단에는 지지요홈(43)이 함몰 형성되고, 이 지지요홈(43)에 회전축부(44)가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 분쇄롤러(40)의 선단에 근접하여 회전지지판(70)이 분쇄압출판(50)에 일체로 결합되는 한편, 상기 회전지지판(70)에 형성된 회전지지돌부(71)는 지지요홈(43)에 끼워진 상태로 베어링(72)에 분쇄롤러(40)의 회전축부(44)가 회전자유롭게 지지되고, 상기 회전지지판(70)은 분쇄압출홈(52)과 대응하는 위치로 다수의 배출구멍(73)이 원주방향을 따라 등간격으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,회전지지돌부(71)의 외주연에는 오링홈(74)이 함몰 형성되고, 상기 오링홈(74)에는 베어링(72)으로 수분이 침투됨을 방지하는 오링(75)이 끼움 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분쇄압출홈(42)(52)은 탈수케이크의 배출이 용이하도록 비스듬히 경사진 헬리컬(Helical)의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,호퍼(1)의 내부에는 교반축(81)이 회전가능하게 수평 설치되고, 상기 교반축(81)에는 음식물쓰레기를 교반함과 동시에 큰 부피의 음식물쓰레기를 하측으로 눌러주면서 한 쌍의 제1, 제2 크러셔(20)(20a)의 사이로 투입시키는 교반날개(82)가 방사상으로 설치된 호퍼용 교반기(80)가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,호퍼(1)는 내벽(1a)의 둘레를 따라 세척수 분사대(90)가 부착되고, 상기 세척수 분사대(90)에 형성된 분사노즐(91)은 음식물쓰레기에 세척수를 분사하여 염분을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
