Claims (6)
- 적어도 하나의 방열 핀 군과, 적어도 하나의 강성 열 전도재와, 적어도 하나의 가요성 초전도체를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 방열 핀 군은, 각 방열 핀의 몸체에 기류가 각 방열 핀 군에 진출하는 통로로서의 적어도 하나의 통기구멍이 대응 형성되어 있고,
상기 적어도 하나의 열 전도재는, 각 방열 핀 군의 기저부에 대응 배치되고 각 방열 핀의 몸체 사이에서 연장되어 있으며,
상기 적어도 하나의 가요성 초전도체는, 각 방열 핀의 몸체 사이에 대응하여 관통 설치되고 그 일단은 상기 적어도 하나의 강성 열 전도재에 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 방열 장치는 열 전도 고정 시트가 더 설치되고, 상기 열 전도 고정 시트의 상면에는 상기 적어도 하나의 방열 핀 군이 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 위치 고정 오목부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
각 방열 핀 군은 각 방열 핀의 몸체 기저부에 상기 적어도 하나의 강성 열 전도재가 대응 삽입되도록 적어도 하나의 걸림용 노치부가 대응 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
각 방열 핀 군은 각 방열 핀의 몸체에 상기 적어도 하나의 가요성 초전도체가 관통 설치되도록 적어도 하나의 관통구멍이 대응 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
상기 적어도 하나의 강성 열 전도재는 구리제 직사각형 레버로 형성된 구조체이며, 상기 레버에는 각 방열 핀의 위치를 고정하는 다수의 위치 고정점이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
상기 적어도 하나의 가요성 초전도체는 가요성 튜브를 구비하고 상기 가요성 튜브 내부에는 작동 유체가 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 장치.
