Claims (6)
- 호퍼(11)(21)를 구비하는 투입대(10)와 선별대(20); 상기 투입대(10)의 호퍼(11)에 투입된 곡물을 선별대(20)의 호퍼(21)로 이송시키는 이송부재(30); 상기 선별대(20)의 호퍼(21) 하부에 배치되어 곡물을 대,중립자와 소립자로 선별하여 분리시키는 진동스크린(40); 상기 진동스크린(40)에 의해 선별된 대립자와 중립자 및 이에 혼합된 이물질과 금속을 각각 선별하여 분리시키는 풍력선별통(50); 상기 풍력선별통(50)의 곡물투입부(50a)에 송풍력을 발생시키는 송풍팬(60); 상기 풍력선별통(50)의 에어배출부(50b)에 흡입력을 발생시키는 흡입팬(70); 상기 흡입팬(70)에 연결되어 이물질을 걸러내는 집진기(80)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이송부재(30)는 투입대(10)와 선별대(20) 사이에 경사지게 배치되어 호퍼(11)하부에 연결되는 입구(31a) 및 호퍼(21)상부에 위치하는 출구(31b)를 구비하는 이송관(31), 상기 이송관(31)에 내장되어 입구(31a)로 유입된 곡물을 출구(31b)로 이송시키는 스크루(32), 상기 스크루(32)를 구동시키는 모터(33)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동스크린(40)은 다수의 슬롯(41a)을 구비하여 소립자는 슬롯(41a)으로 걸러내고 대,중립자는 풍력선별통(50)의 곡물투입부(50a)로 배출시키는 진동판(41), 상기 진동판(41)을 작동시키는 진동기(42), 상기 진동판(43)의 슬롯(41a)에 의해 걸러진 소립자를 저장통(B1)으로 배출시키는 배출구(43)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 풍력선별통(50)은 곡물투입부(50a)의 하측으로 배치되어 송풍팬(60)에 연결되는 송풍통로(51), 상기 에어배출부(50b)의 하측으로 배치되어 흡입팬(70)에 연결되는 흡입통로(52), 상기 곡물투입부(50a)의 하측에 배치되어 대립자를 저장통(B2)으로 배출시키는 제1배출구(53), 상기 흡입통로(52)의 하측에 배치되는 분리가이드(54), 상기 분리가이드(54)의 하부에 설치되어 금속을 걸러내는 자석롤러(55) 및 금속과 중립자를 저장통(B3)(B4)으로 각각 배출시키는 제2,3배출구(56)(57), 상기 자석롤러(55)를 구동시키는 모터(58), 상기 자석롤러(56)의 하부에 설치되어 금속을 떼어내는 분리커터(59)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저장통(B4)의 상부에는 조명등(90)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입팬(70)과 풍력선별통(50)의 에어배출부(50b)는 흡기호스(71)로 연결되고, 상기 흡입팬(70)과 집진기(80)는 배기호스(72)로 연결되며, 상기 집진기(80)의 상부에는 필터(81)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물 선별 기.
