Claims (2)
- 구동모터(13)의 동력을 전달받는 인덱스테이블(14)과 커플링(15)으로 연결된 원형의 지지대(16)를 형성하되,상기 지지대(16)와 연결된 회전테이블(18)의 상측에는 사방으로 형성되는 상부 금형(19)(20)(21)(22)과 하부 금형(23)(24)(25)926)을 각각으로 구성하고,상기 상부 금형(19)(20)(21)(22)과 하부 금형(23)(24)(25)(26)은 충격흡수부재(27) 및 가이드 핀(31), 가이드 바(43)로 고정된 후, 상·하측에서 작동하는 실린더(41)(42) 로드(44)에 조립된 상부 및 하부 가압부재(39)(40)에 의해 작동되면서 상부 금형(19)(20)(21)(22)과 하부 금형(23)(24)(25)(26) 내측에 유입된 와이어 (49)에 코킹 작업과 사이징 작업을 단계적으로 진행하여 핀(50)(51)을 형성시킴과 함께 발생 되는 덧살을 제거할 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 파킹 로드 자동 성형장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부 금형(19,20,21,22)과 하부 금형(23,24,25,26)은 상부 받침대(48)와 프레임(47)에 조립된 실린더(41)(42)의 로드(44)에 고정되는 상부 가압부재(39)와 하부 가압부재(40)의 압력으로 상기 금형 내부에 수용된 와이어(49)에 코킹 작업과 사이징 작업을 단계적으로 진행할 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 파킹 로드 자동 성형장치.
