- 피검체로부터 얻은 시료에서의 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도를 측정하는 단계;상기 측정된 피검체의 발현 정도를 정상 시료에서의 해당 유전자 또는 단백질의 발현 정도와 비교하는 단계; 및상기 비교 결과 피검체에서의 제1항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 증가된 경우, 또는 피검체에서의 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 감소된 경우, 상기 피검체를 멜라닌 과다생성 환자로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 멜라닌 과다생성 환자 판단 방법.
- 피검체로부터 얻은 시료에서의 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도를 측정하는 단계;상기 측정된 피검체의 발현 정도를 정상 시료에서의 해당 유전자 또는 단백 질의 발현 정도와 비교하는 단계; 및상기 비교 결과 피검체에서의 제1항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 증가된 경우, 또는 피검체에서의 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 감소된 경우, 상기 피검체를 색소성 피부질환 환자로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 색소성 피부질환 환자 판단 방법.
- 후보물질을 생검 시료와 접촉시키는 단계;상기 후보물질 접촉된 시료에서의 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도를 측정하는 단계;상기 후보물질 접촉된 시료에서 측정된 발현 정도를 후보물질 접촉되지 않은 시료에서의 해당 유전자 또는 단백질의 발현 정도와 비교하는 단계; 및상기 비교 결과 후보물질 접촉된 시료에서의 제1항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 후보물질 접촉되지 않은 시료에서의 해당 유전자 또는 단백질 발현 정도보다 증가된 경우, 또는 후보물질 접촉된 시료에서의 제2항에 기재된 유전자 및 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발현 정도가 후보물질 접촉되지 않은 시료에서의 해당 유전자 또는 단백질의 발현 정도보다 감소된 경우, 상기 후보물질을 멜라닌 과다생성 유발 인자로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 멜라닌 과다생성 유발인자 탐색 방법.
