Description
도 2는 도 1의 실시 형태에 관한 침지 노즐을 나타내는 측단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 실시 형태에서의 침지 노즐의 파우더 라인부에 사용하는 내화물의 ZrO2와 FC의 배합량을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 도 1의 실시 형태에서의 침지 노즐이 장착된 상태의 예열 장치를 나타내는 측단면도이다.
도 5는 종래의 버너를 이용한 가열법에 의해 침지 노즐을 예열하고 있는 상태를 나타내는 측단면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 용융 금속의 연속 주조 방법에 사용되는 침지 노즐로서, 적어도 외주부의 슬래그와 접촉하는 부분이 ZrO2: 70 질량% 이상과, FC(프리 카본): 30 질량% 이하를 포함하여 구성된 내화물로 형성되어 있고, 고주파 유도 가열에 의해 예열된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지 노즐.
- 용융 금속의 연속 주조 방법에 사용되는 침지 노즐로서, 적어도 외주부의 슬래그와 접촉하는 부분이 ZrO2: 70 질량% 이상과, FC(프리 카본): 20 질량% 이하와, ZrO2의 안정화재를 함유하는 잔부 10 질량% 이하를 포함하여 구성된 내화물로 형성되어 있고, 고주파 유도 가열에 의해 예열된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지 노즐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화재는 CaO, MgO 및 Y2O3 중에서 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 침지 노즐을 고주파 유도 가열에 의해 예열하는 예열 공정과, 상기 예열 공정으로 예열된 상기 침지 노즐을 통하여 턴디시로부터 몰드로 용융 금속을 주입하는 주조 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 주조 방법.
