- 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법에 있어서,폴리설폰(polysulfone) 고분자로 이루어진 NF 지지막 상에 친수성 고분자를 코팅하여 막 표면의 친수성을 강화함으로써 바이오파울링을 저감시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법은:폴리설폰(polysulfone) 고분자로 이루어진 NF 지지막 상에 항균나노물질이 포함된 친수성 고분자를 코팅하여 막 표면의 항균성을 강화시킴으로써 바이오파울링을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자는:PEBAX(polyether-polyamide block copolymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 PEBAX는:폴리에테르(PE)의 함유량(Content)이 60wt%이고, 밀도가 1.14g/㎤를 갖는 PEBAX 1657인 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 PEBAX 1657을 코팅한 후 분리막의 접촉각은 19.6±5.4°인 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 항균나노물질은 은나노 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 은나노 입자가 포함된 친수성 고분자를 코팅한 분리막의 접촉각은 30.2±4.6°인 것을 특징으로 하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) PEBAX 1657를 1wt% 농도로 제조하는 단계와;(b) 상기 PEBAX 1657 2g을 에탄올(ethanol) 198g에 넣고, 80℃에서 14시간 동안 녹여 코팅 용액을 제조하는 단계와;(c) 상기 코팅 용액을 스펀지를 이용하여 폴리설폰(polysulfone) NF 막위에 코팅하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 코팅한 분리막을 12시간 동안 상온에서 건조시키고 60℃의 드라이 오븐에서 2시간 동안 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
- 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) PEBAX 1657를 1wt% 농도로 제조하는 단계와;(b) 상기 PEBAX 1657 2g을 은나노 용액 198g에 80℃에서 14시간 동안 녹여 코팅 용액을 제조하는 단계와;(c) 상기 코팅 용액을 스펀지를 이용하여 폴리설폰(polysulfone) NF 막위에 코팅하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 코팅한 분리막을 12시간 동안 상온에서 건조시키고 60℃의 드라이 오븐에서 2시간 동안 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 저파울링 친수성 수처리 분리막 제조 방법.
